I believe we previously got dev confirmation that the tentacles in Ramiel's arc were the same as the one that occasionally can be seen behind the barriers in Praetoria, and that it belongs to Praetorian Hamidon.

If they combined this with having Stealth powers no longer be exclusive with the costume code powers (Carnie Harlequin and such) I could finally play my shape-shifting Energy Aura toon properly instead of having to drop a source of defense every time I want to use a costume power.

Would be helpful if you used Titan Sentinel to export your current in-game build so we could match the two up. At a guess I'd say you used non-level 50 enhancements somewhere, while this build uses all level 50s (or whatever level each set happens to cap at).

My mostly-human AR corruptor isn't an Incarnate thematically, but I've still chosen the powers, and just refluffed them. Spiritual Core Paragon is an incredibly potent combat drug, and I turn it on only for Icontent to represent that. Pyronic Judgment is an intense artillery barrage of hyperthermic warheads, designed to do inflict catastrophic harm to even the most potent foe. IDF Lore is her calling on a friend from her former unit to help. Rebirth Destiny is a cloud of surgical nanites capable of instantly healing most wounds at substantial risk. Reactive Interface is just high-intensity incendiary rounds.
This character's not an incarnate, and what little inhuman power she has hasn't increased. Most of her talent still comes from just being an extremely good soldier. It's just that she's able to go up against Incarnate-level threats because she has a vast array of powerful tools, and has these tools because she goes up against Incarnate-level content. -

Re: enhancements, the OP wants to know what types of enhancements the Time Manipulation powers will take. We don't know (although you can assume at least accuracy, endurance reduction and recharge reduction). The only people who currently know are the devs (who won't say yet) and anyone who's in I21 Closed Beta (that has started, right?), who are obliged not to say.
Residentx10, I don't understand why you were expecting to be able to respec into this new powerset. Can you respec a Mind Control/Psionic Assault Dominator into a Electric Control/Electric Assault Dominator? No. Were you able to respec an existing Mastermind into Demon Summoning when that came out? No. So why do you expect this will suddenly work differently? -

He has fought both street-level thugs and supernatural beings and been present at some very cosmic events.
To be Incarnate is to be a certain concept epitomized and does *not* require that someone have demigod-level abilties. -
Neither can, not even with Tough. 6-slot Obsidian Shield on a Tanker with Cardiac Core and you will be at 85%, but S/L can't even reach 80% with Dark Embrace and Tough 6-slotted.
