In retrospect I13, I14, and I15 were all so small because Power Customization was running in the background.

Bah, the beauty of the VEATs is not the individual powers, but how those powers come together.

First we need to rework teaming and the awarding of arc merits. As it is right now there's no incentive reward-wise for a PUG to do arc missions, unless by some miracle they all have the same arc open.

The tanker forums would beat me down with torches and pitchforks for even saying this because they would concider this beyond stupid. Why is this even an arguable point in this section of the forums? -
I have it pretty bad this upcoming issue. I've got a ton of characters that I don't feel like playing until I've changed their power colors. Plus I have a SS brute in mind, but I don't want to create or play him until the alternate animations are available. It's maddening.

Would it be too much to also have the basic henchmen attacks recharge be reduced a bit to compensate the loss of an attack?

Nope, that must have been the KH witch hat or it was female toon. Not having access to that hat for a male wizard/sorcerer/"all around awesome magic guy" is really irritating me.

I'm pretty sure weapon redraw time is added into the casting time so that attacks execute in the same amount of time regardless of whether your weapon is drawn already or not. This doesn't change the annoyance of seeing your weapon redrawn every time if you switch back and forth a lot between your primary and secondary, but I don't think it actually has an effect on DPS. I could very well be wrong though, maybe someone else can clarify it.
