I still use =/= cause it doesn't cause situations like these. Or words, I find words really helpful too

Since when?
I actually had to read it and give it the benefit of the doubt. I am sooooooo used to having what I say get taken the worst way possible

OK it does when MaX types it at least. I dont recall seeing others use it so maybe its just one of his quirks -
I've spent over 2 billion since I9 went live but never held more than 100 Million at one time. I mean what's the point? I want my inf to work for me not just sit there.

I'm up for it, only 2 to add from me though, but they need to be listed

I would be very happy with a claws scrapper. Claws is very nice so long as he doesn't use shockwave as obsessively as certain other ones do (I'm talking about mine)
MA is actually a very high DPS single target scrapper I think, its meant to be on a par with DM. But you need a long chain for that to play out so overall not as useful for the team maybe.
So yeah, Claws Rule! is my main point -
Chels seems to depress you a lot doesn't she?
Am half thinking of a claws stalker now though -

Easy, roll a DM/SR or a Spines/WP scrapper and delete all your lowbies

What and miss out on the joys of Claw scrapping, need a claws in there somewhere I'm sure -
With Super Reflexes you want to pick up PB as soon as possible. Your shields you really need are the toggled ones (Focused Fighting, Focused Senses and Evasion) to run these and use your end heavy primary (which spines is ) you'll probably want stamina. To get stamina you need to start selecting powers from the fitness pool. At level 6 you can start buying Fitness powers. Options of Swift and Hurdle then, post level 14 you can buy Health too (always helpful for a scrapper as it increases your regen rate) and then at level 20 you can buy Stamina. I wouldn't take the power Quills until you had stamina because it uses a lot of endurance. To take stamina you need two other powers from the Fitness pool first. On most characters I would take Hurdle & Health but on a Reflexes I prefer Swift because it stacks with Quickness (a power you can pick up that reduces the recharge of all you powers and increases your runspeed)

Tactical start really favours some builds more than slightly. I guess that's why its called tactical though cause you have to get around it

I have heard the internet really helps with online gaming so hope that does work out

This Saturday MaX, Night and I have to try and get other people the MoSTF badge, but I have said this is my last run whether they get it or not, well to some of them I have. Dont like the Mo Rules they make it feel less like fun so this week we'll be out but the week after I should be back agroing and tanking and stuff

Pysgon's done some great work recently, if I had to pick one I'd choose this. A style of cute that even a cynic can appreciate

Well done Cryo, truly deserved................ what's next?

Ah I forget that defenders sometimes use their heal to actually heal. Yes thats true probably worth getting to the heal cap on it.
As my def is slotted up with miracles am not sure where that is, you might be able to take out an existing enhancement for the heal and then put the +rec +Reg in as well without losing too much. -
If you have no where else to put the +reg +Rec then healing aura is as good a place as any. Just need to make sure you fire it off every 120 seconds to get the benefit

Acid arrow definitely accepts Acc as I had two in mine before I picked up tictacs (I found two acc meant I was more sure to get all debuffed with it)
