[Therefore - if you don't, as a controller, want to be having to remember to bubble people, stick to Kinetics - you're unlikely to forget to Transfuse/Siphon Damage even if you don't want to Speed Boost people.]
[/ QUOTE ]
Though if you do pretty much keep SB on people who want it then it soons gets pretty darn annoying when people still ask/demand SB...
You don't get that on FF/sonics.

I think Clarity and Clear Mind are the only powers I ask for often. Normally that's on STF's and comes from the iritation of retoggling everything on my Rad/Rad defender -
Elemental damage is much more common on CoV, hell CoT are the main source on CoH and the CoT on CoH have more of it. Then there's Scrap Yarders and Legacy Chain. I wouldn't skip it on a brute at all, but most of the time a tank will have high def too it (they getter better numbers all round) and less of it to cope with. Yeah I think PvP is the exception when a tank would want it for its value.
The slow protection is a nice addition but unless I had a secondary I suddenly find I dont like I wouldn't drop an attack for it -
SchrodingersCat Is probably my favourite character name and also my favourite character. She was the first one I made and it just seemed like a good name for a hero, and to me it still does
Jenn Teal, Miss Taik, Terri Ball & Mel Inga were all made when I was going through a pun faze, which doesn't seem out of place with super heroes. I also tried to make Abi Small, but someone already got that. That said Jenn Teal was my favourite of the pun names because nothing suits the name more than a blaster right?
Kaye Vin Also a pun but actually related to the character this time. Inv/Stone tank.
Witty Play On Words Is what happens when I make a character at 4am after a night out somewhere. I think "Well I cant come up with a witty play on words right now........ hey that's it, its perfect" she wear's a jester costume naturally
Cashmere & Pashmina Same person, two characters, magical accident. I just like the names
Mist Was my DM/DA scrapper, deleted cause I'd stopped playing it in I4 due to the end cost although I didn't delete till I6 when I made a Fire/DA brute. In the 5 minutes it took me to remake the costume someone took the name but I have bought it back recently with a rename (by checking every month) -
Its Enovy's ticking Autohit that hurts most about him, and that's Neg EN anyway (at least when I tried tanking him on my scrapper and realised if he was in melee with me for 10 tics I'd wind up dead)
-
I guess the spines part of my scrapper is why I want invince, am used to having a large group around me anyway
-
I know I'm not changing my scrappers build cause then I'd lose my proc in Invince........ also I might lose some regen if I moved slot around. OK I'm scared to touch it cause it works and it should on average be better even without REL and REN than it is now.
-
I'm skipping resist elements on my Inv/Stone build, am capping def on it too, though its a bit tighter to do that now and I have more S&L res than I need
-
Depends how many of my mains I lost. It would end it for some of my characters and if it was too many then I'd let my sub go. Also I paid to get one of my names back having lost it recreating the character so clearly the names do matter to me

1. Pet window for heroes
[/ QUOTE ]
We have themI always have it on on my warshade/controller. Theres an option to enable it in the options screen i think and also a button to tab in the team button? (click team *do not click find members* and and ontop of tab SHOULD be a pet button i think?)
Edit: But i agree it should be on by default
[/ QUOTE ]
Oh! Does this apply for imps?
[/ QUOTE ]
Aye, I can watch my imps slowly die on my Fire/TA just fine -
I like my Archery/Dev blaster, especially once I had cloaking device. But yeah wait for Rain Of Arrows and love the look of that, fired into a tight group it looks amazing
-
More models is a good idea, but I want a sabre too if you get the big swords

Probably worried about the -def in Unyealding. I doubt they where an experienced player.
[/ QUOTE ]
When I first started playing, I didn't take Unyielding, because the description said I'd get hit more.
[/ QUOTE ]
Though the OP talks about a brute skipping unyielding. Getting hit more isn't always a bad thing for brutes...
[/ QUOTE ]
Its the amount of attacks not the amount of hits that matter. Fury builds whether they hit you or miss you so long as they try -
I'm still tempted to put Challenge in on my BS/SR not for necessity but to show off. But somehow I think that its the wrong reason to. Actually its kind of refreshing not having an agro aura, choosing to tank on your scrapper is nicer than gaining all the agro cause the squishy tank's dead. My Spine/Inv spent most of its journey to 50 tanking for various reasons at different times.
I do want to get myself a nicer ST scrapper but having BS, DM and Claws already I'm not entirely sure how I can top each of them at the thing they do best. When the claws gets rolling it gets stupid, the burst on BS is so nice out the box and trying to top a decent soul drain with just build up feels futile. Next for me is MA/DA though (I think that's the DA I finally agreed to Duo with Nightmarer at least, cause I couldn't make a Claw/DA build that looked as nice as my Claw/WP for anything like a reasonable cost) -
Aye, hated CC on my Rad, cause of the long recharge, dont care if it doesn't work so long as its still on when I come round
-
I like that I now get 50% Deff Debuff res without changing my build. Its just straight away bonus
-
http://www.play.com/Games/PC/4-/677219/C...on/Product.html £12 gives a cost of £3 for extra stuff, if you can get it for £10 even better. I hate not having the jump pack now
-
I must admit I enjoy my Merc/DM but its harder going than my Necro/DM but with only slightly higher damage (and a more comonly resisted type) If there was something useful instead of serum it could well make the difference
-
Feel guilty on my BS SR when I finish fighting and realise the rest of the team wiped some time ago sometimes. I really get lock on that alt, all I see is the health bar of the foe I've currently got targetted
-
Lost my mentor in the 3rd respec trial and was fighting +7s on my CLaw/WP. Took down a group of them and didn't wind up floor observing.
Actually quite enjoyed taking down the 8 man spawns on the STF solo looking for the security cheif too.
I dont think I've had many great moments, just so many good ones that scrappers are worth their while for me. As they make up half my 50s they damned well should be -
I'm sure I recognise the name, welcome back even if I'm wrong though
-
Its nice to see the Manifesto brought to light again
-
My WP tank has both, and doesn't die. Still has the whole agro problem, but never dies
-
Grats Sing, you got all the possible combo's of Corrs yet?
-
That's a good point, name characters. I was SchrodingersCat and Midnight Lost at that time mostly. Or Mist, who I deleted and remade as a villain later
