A controller damage build will out do a dominator one cause of containment.

The average dom possibly does a bit more than the average controller, but if a Min/Maxer was after a high damage toon they'd pick a controller over a dominator.

Certain powersets can be quite high damage, Mind Primary, Fire and En secondry for evamaple, Grav Primary for single target damage

I quite like it just being AT's cause then people cant complain that it doesn't suit their playstyle, the SG name I mean

Bah, more to the point what use a spine/regen to me that cant herd, if Nature Spirit didn't have quills, then my Soul Drain wouldn't increase my damage as much, and the world would end

Inv is the only scrapper I've not played past the late 20s, I found a dislike for it long before then. I personally found that DA felt nicer than it (though I am sure that inv gets more usefull res there's just nothing "special" in the set, while DA has other ways to mitigate damage)

Swarms............ the one time I had to use siphon life since I took it was when I tried herding a room of DE (using provoke) and they clearly fixed the no eminators problem as a big bundle of swarms slowed down my other heals. I think thats the only time I used it since I took it

Fast attack chain and end heavy toggles, no end recovery power............. I vote yes.

Siphon life is an easily forgettable power and even for a regen I'd call it a waste of time and end. I stupidly respec'd it into my DM/Regen build with I6 cause I thought regen wouldn't be enough and now I want a real attack instead.

With my SR am thinking of taking it at 49, cause I have nothing else to take, and that's where I'd put it into a regen build too, dont waste time on it, dont waste end on it, do something usefull instead.

Always easier to be the second ones.

For Ice to get best effect you want melee, plant tends to do well at range....... that said almost any combo can work in this game........

Could keep the "House Of........" Series running as the AT names are different and........... And a House Of Antihero's and House Of Reformed Villains when the cross over happens

DM is a good single target set, in that Touch Of Fear keeps one targets acuracy really low.

Broadsword has parry so is better against groups.

But this that in mind DM's damage boost requires a group to get high numbers, so you have to have a good regen build to be able to survive after hitting Soul Drain.

I found my DM/regen too good and got bored of it, so I guess that's saying its powerful. BS has some satisfying one hit kills, which looks damn impressive.

Revive is for people who plan to die.

Brutes have a gauntlet type effect on a single foe, not 5 foes as tankers do. It basically assures you can hold the agro of a single foe, so there'll be atleast one person to hit you I guess. Makes fighting AV's interesting

Dark Regen says "You regenerate..... hit points" so that's a no then

I see it as a responsibility of the young to remind those not so young of their age. The first thing to go is the memory and we wouldn't want them to forget something so important about themselves.
