I think ther may be a slight bug with the forums login, as you can access it through both uk.cityofheroes and cityofheroes it seems the forum will only log you on from the american version whilst you get looped trying to log on in the uk version, has anyone else noticed this?

Seems like we may have I15 now as when logging in i'm now getting a message saying my account is not allowed due to ncsoft doing internal testing to make sure it deployed properly, but by logging in I do mean loading up a character.

Is this the first time they've done this or is it regular?

Went to try to launch COX today and found that the updater for some reason would not go past the connecting stage.

It could attempt to connect for more then 10 times without any luck, to attempt ro solve this I ran the ncsoft diag tool and found some port problems, as such I resolved these by opening then up, however the problem still persists, I have tried running cox on both xp and win7 with the same problems, I will post up the latest ncdiag result once it completes.

I've had one once on hero side, search comment was no blind invites as it always is

Now I13 has come out i've created myself a new mm with pain dom.

I've had one previous mm who i still play which has his pet commands bound to the side buttons of my logitech mx1000.


I've tried looking for the binds in the coh folder esp the keybinds file but have not been able to find them, is there anyway I can call up my other mms binds to apply them to my new mm?

I haven't been on the training room much this session but I've had an idea for the dual builds that are coming with I13

Now some people are going to have 2 different builds for various reasons Lvling, TF/SF, Teaming, PVP and general farming.

My suggestion is that if possible, mainly because not everyone's gonna remember what each build does, give us the option to give our builds names or just have a set selection in a drop down box to choose from.

I've registered on the forum as Cybian (that is my global now as I changed it from discharger some time ago.)

Just a little correction on the global front Pious, I'm now going under the global of @Cybian and not @Discharger

Also are these police officers just regular police who due to the amount of work they have done for the city classified them as heroes or have they all taken some sort of "Super Serum" to increase their abilities?

If you got any spaces in your all brute team i got a Stone/Stone thats at level 32 right now

I'm looking into doing a full respec of my stone brute, she's lvl 31 at the moment and am looking for a good lvling build as i'm not that good at making builds myself any decent builds would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently thinking about the one where you get a personal force field, (can't remember the set name) any pro's or cons to that set?

I've recently hit lvl 40 on my elec/elec blaster and he's in need of a respec as i've somewhat made a mess of speccing him so far, he's due to be re slotted with enhancements and needs training to lvl 40 but before I do does anyone have any suggestion for a lvl 40-50 lvling build and a good ancillary to go with?
