COH updater stuck at Connecting
I'm having the same problem.
Could it be related somehow to the problem with the version of the Test Server? Or the Super Science Booster?
Yup, me and few friends have all tried to log in this afternoon and had that exact same problem. So guessing that the problem is at the 'source'.
Chances are the patch servers are down currently for the scheduled maintenance. Should be back up shortly with any luck.
Woohoo! 20 minutes of waiting to get connected paid of: I am downloading!
Patching time - started at 12.30 I think.
Was experiencing this over lunch. Test Server launcher worked ok so wasn't too worried about it being an issue on my side, good to see things back up though. Shame I'm back in work!
Not back up as such - you can enter your password and then get the servers updating message - try later.
Ok, well I meant good to see people's launchers are now connecting. Shouldn't be long before the Auth and world servers are back up, then we'll see if it was I15 that was the cause of the downtime.
Oh would be cool if it's I15!
Yeah but now I can't start the game. While loading it stops and a message appears, that it cant load bin/loadingtipmessages-de.bin
The source controll seems not to be available
Hun ((
I'd suggest doing a file check from the launcher.
Seems like we may have I15 now as when logging in i'm now getting a message saying my account is not allowed due to ncsoft doing internal testing to make sure it deployed properly, but by logging in I do mean loading up a character.
Is this the first time they've done this or is it regular?
I don't know.. for me it's the first time to read this ^^
I'm getting the same message. Never experienced that b4 :s

Went to try to launch COX today and found that the updater for some reason would not go past the connecting stage.
It could attempt to connect for more then 10 times without any luck, to attempt ro solve this I ran the ncsoft diag tool and found some port problems, as such I resolved these by opening then up, however the problem still persists, I have tried running cox on both xp and win7 with the same problems, I will post up the latest ncdiag result once it completes.
