First deadly cheerleader = faery princess. Second they were mind/nrg not fire psi. Third while they are a celeb in the spirit of this thread lets not mistake that for ever making them good on that dom. Base building dom and flying phasing running then staying in the base if someone showed who knew how to use inspires or get buffed should not be mistaken for good. Do they even pull that thing out now with the mez changes? Also lulz they got the rest of their sg rolling /ea doms that was pretty good for a chuckle to.

First I will say I do drone. Just the way it is. If you have my side outnumbered and literally stand on the drones and I don't feel like getting farmed I will thin out the crowd some. Just who I am. That said my favorite thing to do is reverse tp foe the droners. Spent a good portion of the other day tping some em blaster and bad khaos out from the hero drone to get ripped.

Should probably split khelds into pbs and ws. Pbs are actually pretty decent in pvp and ws are the suck. My list would go ranged damage ats blaster corrs doms fenders and pbs last. Then the melees with tanks way out in front. throw the veats in then ws dead last. mind at any time the person playing and the build can move the positioning all around.

It because it sucks, but let the people with numbers keep saying different.

Slot your hold for damage. Get more kb protection. On my old ice icy I used to use chilbain as an attack. you can probably shave some slots out of some powers and get it a little more slotting. You can get away with 2 lvl 50 rech ios in power boost. If you are going uto slot aa that much go purples. Not having any +perception is going to be a pain, but that is a personal preference.

I will help go ot here. I know of 3 people who have soloed lusca. 2 were pimped out rad psi and the other was a pimped out ill rad. The hardest thing about it was the length of time it takes. One of the rad/psi's time was around 5 hours.

Do the 75/47 build.

Only sorta true when talking about squishies. When you start throwing melee classes in the lethal res becomes much more apparent.

bluesting was there most the day getting farmed. He ended up calling me a dick and putting me on ignore. Oh and he called me supermax. Good times.

Its easier to purge from the good post on than it is to prune so you probably just posted after someone else who got whacked. If they would ever upgrade the damn forums like they were supposed to a year ago it would be a billion times easier for them to mod. ubb is way old.

2 your choice, I have done my builds with just pt for melee, bs and tf at different times, if you can adjust play styles it really doesn't matter.
3 power boost is pretty worthless, and it doesn't effect anything in cold mastery save the slow in snowstorm.

Good add ons there. I may be in trouble for not mentioning strato, just wow. And erdas' gf/wife should be on there to. They were in zones a ton back in the day.

Leveling up new toons really isn't that hard and doesn't take to long. Though the last few days I have seen more justice toons transferred in. Wtf is with Vincent Blamont's people being in shakedown?

You can build for as much +def as you want thanks to dr though its going to cap at about 20% though. Anything over 17 or so is really hammered and a huge waste. The key stuff to build for is +rech +dam and make sure you have your hp capped. Those will help you more than anything else in pvp.

If I was gonig to slot gaussin in anything it would be aim or bu. I prefer it in bu so on the rare chance its not retarded and actually procs it will be hit less by dr. I have been only 4 slotting gaus in aim with the 3 rech pieces and the proc. It really doesn't drop the rech off that much (about 4 seconds) still gives set decent set bonuses and you get a chance of the proc actually being useful when/if it does proc.

Every 2 minutes, and I like to stay in the practice of leaving cj on until I go pursuit/flee mode to help with immobile res.



Edit: scramble thoughts would be an easy no pick in my book. In particular if it is it or acro.

Slotting it for anything but set bonuses in general won't do much. Mine atm is slotted 3 pieces gladiator armor 2 lotgs 1 7.5 and a def/end and a kb io. You end up getting 7.5 rech 7pts of kb protection some good endurance bonuses and decent ehancement values.
