Freedom if you want constant pvp.
Justice is starting a pvp league and rv is starting to see more casual players as of late.
Also we have quality 
Is there more heroes or villies on Justice? I've thought about moving a toon there.

Almost always more heroes in Justice RV. I don't even bother with the other zones there since they're dead. Good team of organized villains will usually stomp the zone though.
I've pretty much given up on Justice PvP - all my new PvP toons are on Freedom and Infinity. I still wander into the zones on Justice every now and again but fighting the same two or three people gets old fast. I was on Freedom last night from 2 to 5 AM Central and there was maybe one 15-minute lull where there was little or no activity.

Yea, I've found Freedom to have a pretty darn decent balance between Heroes to Villains, and there's ALWAYS pvp going on on Freedom in RV. I've been on at like 3 in the morning and have found the zone just buzzing 
I think that's what I'll do. It's irritating that the lions share of the things I own are elsewhere, but... ah well.

well i made the same change, wish my wife would let me pay for a server transfer lol. but no I had to make a new toon from scratch....
Now if I could just find a PvP SG to join! /hint hint...

I would be sooooooooooo down with this!
there are way to many servers with little to no PvP players, or enough of them to make it fun at least...
A cross server zone would be very fun, But the whole name thing would get in the way i'm sure, how would we get past this?
Maybe like a global refrence? toon name#global might work!

well i'm a freelance web designer, and the market is a lil slow at the moment, so I can't afford to transfer toons around.
So I am lvling a build that i have 50'd already... and I am NOT happy about it!
Pretty sad when u can't afford $10 to move a toon huh lol
But a cross-server PvP zone would be ideal for situations like this!
The ability to PvP anyone on any server would be really nice!
And maybe have a zone PvP that is missing from most servers.
