i should pointout i have every enhancement already in my base ...so there is no cost as i spent it all already including all the rares and pvp i.o's
its not should i slot with these more along as does the slotting do ok

i was thinking regen tissue and numina regen/recov in health
then a numina heal and heal/end with a heal i.o the 2 numinas give a regen bonus of 12%
then 3 end mods of some kind..most likely eff adaptor for the hp bonus and a end mod i.o to finish it off.

I would expect for a dual passive power, its probably less than health.
FA eats so much endurance, you will still loose out (recovery wise) in the end.
Conserve power, while a nice power, recharge is too high for my personal taste.
what is nice is i found a way to grab it for my elec tank by dropping powersink and slotting up recharges and recov bonus's
between the end in pp and recov bonus's and cp...you shouldnt miss powersink at all. which will be nice for me.
wont work for every tank. but hey...itll work for me at this moment -

did you take tough and weave cma?..i know some like to rely on buffs like penn and stargazer and dont bother with maxing out the builds full protential
not that i dont trust you in a tank atomsphere...but playing a invul soft capped in defense and capped in s/l really hurts you playing other tanks that arent calable of either.
thats why i gotta ask.
also i dont think anyone plans s.o builds anymore.which may hurt your arguement in them being squishey.lvl bumps dont help the cause either although it was ok for wp...any guide including your own has little or nothing to do with s.o's at all
i got alot of faith in myself as a tanker that i can build a monster elec tank and be as successful as your invul tank. i.o build to i.o build.
plus with tough and weave and physical perfection and 40% defense...ill be around 85% s/l itll be darn good.tons of regen,hp,recov,acc and recharge to boot.
should cover every hole i got. -

thats why i went the route with defense...i can be pretty much soft cap ( ok maybe like 40% melee defense) with an elec tank and with regen and physical perfection and energize im thinking i can get quite the bang for mybuck
3rd build here says i dropp lightning reflexes and picked up hasten. took cp and pp in my epic.
placed in a regen tissue in health and made some tweaks to get more regen and +hps

forgot about that bug in chain shock with procs...i believe they working on it right?
i wasnt too happy with taunt in powersink ...mostly there for the melee defense .trying to soft cap it and this was a good way to help it along. ill relook into the bonus's too see if i can find another alternative to it.
thanks for the info on grounded though...i was worried about over slotting. -
the 2nd build i wanted to do would be the same..however switching out maybe power sink and hasten for focused acc OR conserve power..not sure which one really and physical perfection
thoughts on that?...with the extra recov i wouldnt need powersink with all the recov bonus's covering it and all the recharges in my build along with lightning reflexes to help the missing of hasten
i think pp could really be something special for a elec tank with energize's regen and pp's regen. looks like it would be awesome together..i places in f.a. for this build but like i said..not married to it if cp may be a better choice

ok so ive been waiting forever for this to hit tanks.
one of the the issues i had with this build is too much to slot and not enough slots. ( which hapens alot)
as of now i got this as close as i can get it.
lemme know whatca think...ive already bought every enhancement for this build.but since im not use to elec armor at all ( stayed away from it totally) i need some thoughts..

energy now has physical perfection
by achvieing harmony of your body,mind and spirit you are able to regen your health and endurance slighty faster then normal. this power is always on and uses no endurance
. must be lvl 44 and have f.a. or c.p. first
this is VERY interesting! a fast healing power on any tank...hmmmm pus its a +end as well.

wp is nice an easy imo...you get qr and stamina = no end issues
plus its a great all around tank. pick your favorite 2ndary and your off
i heard great things about /stone melee with wp
if you want aoe goodness then a /fire will be great as well. -
the "big" reason people take weave ..at least for me and others using i.o's is the fact that we dont have any defense type powers in the entire set being all resistance based
now..i can tell you if you planned on trying to soft cap your fire tank which some do. yes you'll want it along with combat jump is a nice 10/12 defense off the top already
the main reason i take it is.is does help with the rares i tend to buy
i.e.
lotg + recharge
shield wall 3% resist pvp unqiue
karma kb i.o
kismet 6% acc
none of these you can have on a fire tank unless you take weave.
also gift of the anicents has some recov bonus's that help in my recov which im tottally addicted to bonus wise
so beyond the 7% defense to get .it has many other features including immob protection -
recharge and recov is the way i went..the better the recharge the faster healing flames comes up
my fire tank is all farmer nowadays.and with the recharge it also makes b.u. and f.e. come up way quicker and really helps a ton.
but like i said...alot of people are going the defense route as their only way of survial. -
fire tanks are sooo up in the air with people its hard to tell you which wasy to go.
more everyday people want to softcap their fire tank and hell even their fire/kin troller
not really sure why since fire tanks are built as damage not defense but hey to each is own
the real question you have to ask is which way you wanna go..myself i went in recharge and recovery. the main purpose of a farm toon is to kill quickly for influence and xp.
to soft cap your tank will require some changes i just wasnt willing to do without sacrificing the damage output.
think about which way you wanna go first. then everything will fall into place -
i had it..never really seen it work. never usaed it for f.a. though
mostly its just used for the set bonus's -
tonight...at least around 4 hours...many kills and on a team of 8.
maybe thats why im gettin screwed...cause i team...maybe the reward system is screwed for teaming.
either way i would like an update on this....
