Heh, to be a wee bit more radical, a fix would dump Conserve Power from the powerset and replace it with something for health management for all 4 applicable Archetypes. This also eliminates the obstacle of Conserve Power being in APPs for Scrappers and Tankers becoming a duplicate power, and it's not like Conserve Power really has any place in Elec Armor, due to being made completely redundant by Power Sink.

Example being Stalkers.

Regen (and maybe maxHP) in Grounded sounds pretty nifty.

Based on your experiences so far, get Shout. The nuke does you no good if it's just sitting there unused.

The range isn't bad. The Fire Breath animation though... The debuff lasts longer than Shriek's or Scream's, though.

On the other hand, the nuke turns everything to paste - including things it doesn't kill, because they'll be ResDebuffed like crazy. The animation is also extremely fast, and the damage/stun hit at the beginning of said animation - the stun being particularly useful for getting away alive after nuking, should it fail to kill something.
As an added bit of fun, the nuke does damage in ticks, so the ResDebuff from the nuke actually affects itself after the first tick (similar to Scream, a lovely quirk of DoTs and ResDebuffs).

[/ QUOTE ]Eh, depends on how much inf you have; CJ on a Tanker doesn't get -bad- returns from a DefBuff or two, towards softcapping. At the very least, it's better than a Jump enhancement, if you can't afford anything more fancy than generic IOs.

I'm not sure whether Kadabra is a tough Boss because of his particular powerset combination, or a squishy EB (though with RA to balance it out).

Sigil is weaksauce though, definitely nothing more than a Boss.

A lot of work that we (okay, by 'we' I mostly mean Emperor Lol) just might have to completely tear down and remake from scratch because the Fusion Reactor and Autonomous Expert System are apparently so huge not a single room in our current base will fit them. >.<

If you're asking because of minion resistances, the damage your minions take from Bodyguard shares cannot be further resisted, the only thing that'll reduce the original damage is your own resistance. It counts as untyped damage dealt by yourself, I think.

Your Black Dwarf Mire is horribly underslotted, dude. I daresay Sunless Mire is, too - you do realize they need accuracy to hit things, yes? Ans Black Dwarf Mire is more of an attack than a buff, these days, so I would (and did) slot damage, acc, endredux and recharge in it.

But... -All- Defense sets suck with SOs and without defense from pool powers (except maybe Ice Armor). I don't see how that changes the argument at all.
