You arent the only one Brax I just tried both vidiotmaps and badge hunter and couldnt get to either. Also couldn't get to vidiotmaps early this morning so I could see where to go to get the Exp badges.

If you took the mission at Lv2 and are Lv9, then you've outleveled the contact - they don't have any more missions in your level range. However, they should refer you to the next contact.

This happened to me too most frequently when using Oro portal and well before I18. The only way I ever got the pets back the way they belong was to restart.

Just defeat enemies when you are over lvl20 and you will get a tip drop. Tips are the missions you need to do to change sides. After doing 10 tip missions, Limit 5 in a 20 hr period, your next tip drop will be a morality mish that you can do to move one stepalong the alignment tree. Vil-Rogue-Hero or Hero-Vigilante-Vil. there is a tip tab in your contact bar now so that is where you find them once you get one to drop.
There is a full guide here somewhere but I don't recall where it is at now. -

To get a Rikti invasion to spawn just complete a Lady GreyTF and one will start as soon as the TF completes. No word yet when the next invasion event will happen otherwise.

This is the exact times that I play and if you are a PUG playstyle person like me, in that you like to randomly get invited to join teams and hate leading groups, then the only server you will ever have a chance of getting a team on during those hours is Freedom.
Every other server will be a ghost server during those times once the big rush of GR dies down and the servers return to their natural pop levels.
Even on Freedom ive many times had to log off in boredom after a half hour of no team invites since its after 9pm.
But if you are a solo player, or highly motivated team leader willing to lead small teams or your a guild player that only plays with guildmates, then any server will be good to play on. you might actually even prefer the lower pop servers.
You should stop by some of the server forums and introduce yourself then you can find out the best global channels on that server where much of the team forming takes place.

If you can wait a week you can get the complete Going Rogue and get everything at once. That said I started with GvE and the jump pack and Pocket D teleporter really help getting around on new toons. I think the AE edition just gives you a code to redeem for a booster but I don't recall which ones you get to choose from.
