Well I still say Super Reflexes should be in there. If you take in consideration how fast a neural net or the brain's synaptic nerves have to fire in order to dodge a bullet or blast of Nictus energy... 
What about Empathy or possibly Pain Domination? Shouldn't they technically be considered "mental/mind" powers? Just a thought.
But I'll be on hand with my Willpower/Energy Melee tank if no one else steps up. =)
