  1. If you convert a +1 IO do you keep the + on the new enhancement?

Going for set bonuses that give positional defense is possible, but usually ends up gimping the build a bit from my experience.
I'm pretty sure that when I last checked Storm kick only provided def to all positions of course I could be wrong

Awesome, now I'm to blame/untrustworthy right...

I DO know why the GMs refused they said as much when I spoke to them and at no point did they say their software wasn't up to task. If I told you what they said a Mod may redact my post again and give me a second warning for posting what GMs have told me which is apparentally against the rules.

Not that this will help me in your eyes, but I would gladly email you the entire string of contact between me and them on my petition so pls pm me an email address you don't care about anymore but can still access

PPMS treat autos and damage auras as if the had a 10 second recharge between ticks

Automated? I petitioned for a refund making this a rather manual process and was refused one by each gm in succession, the last one being pretty smarmy on top of that.

Not once did a gm suggest the software couldn't do it due to a software limitation and since I know of a user who accidentally doubled up on a costume pack, petioned for a refund and got one I know for a fact they can be done. Please stop making excuses for these people

Others obviously do differently than I do. That's fine. You play your way and I'll play mine. No one I've ever teamed with (planned or PUG) has had any problems with it, mostly because all of my characters are well-built and function well.

In my experience and opinion, Temporal Selection works well the way I use it. Enough said.
I hate teaming with people that do significant amounts of knockback I never get on their case about it unless their timing causes me to waste a build up because they scattered everything to the 4 winds before I could use my AOE chain. My point is people not saying anything isn't the same thing as them being happy with how you play, most people won't rock the boat.

your only finding yourself at odds hear because you challenged sound advice given to someone looking for advice.

150% regen to an entity with some of the lowest hp on the team is a waste. The more hp you have the more you get out of +regen

18% dmg boost to an entity with some of the lowest dmg mods on your team is a waste, in this case it's only about 9% boost to total damage after enhancements and that boost only goes to 1/3 of your total damage

Don't forget the 30% recharge enhancement is entirely wasted and that is the best part of the MM version of the power

TLDR: Unless the pet in question is an EB, A victoria, or a cim boss temporal selection is always better on a teammate

    or am I wrong?
keep in mind the t1s have a lower modifer and they are limited by being -2 to you so in most cases I'd say the t3 is your best bet
  8. the panace proc is weaker than the other 2 in terms of end the only place it's really recommended is in aoe powers like temporal mending, tree of life and healing beacon(that's bEacon not bacon)

A resist set with the best composite resists in the game outside of Granite, and the best self heal in the game, that also gives the user some defense and perception.
I want them more for thematic purposes but that's for a far future brute and only if ma is ported to brutes with storm kicks + positional def

THIS, pretty much makes all opinions to the contrary moot

Assault Bot's beam cannon does 60 damage unenhanced. A Blaster's Blaze does 193 damage unenhanced. That's 3 times the damage of Assault Bot's beam. TSing the assault bot would give a damage boost to his attack of 11.25 points. It increases the blaster's Blaze by 34. Then there's the difference in cast times since a fire blaster can launch 3 attacks in the time that it takes for Assault Bot to go through the 4 second animation to launch his cannon. In a fire blaster's attack cycle of Flare, Fire Blast, Blaze he would do 61 more points of damage because of your TS buff compared to the 11 points Assault bot would have done. You're dealing damage, just FAR more effectively through another player than through your pet. If your ego demands that you be a DPS rather than a buffer, then consider your teams mates as more powerful versions of your pets. You can buff the stupid way or the smart way. You were "pigeon holed" as a buffer the second you selected the Time power set.
    this as well

  14. I'd like to know if the hit checks from the two mez toggles generate fury; I know the enemies who aren't attacking you because they are mezzed will not be able to generate fury for you.

    2. Venom Grenade (AoE Damage and debuff Resistances)
    3. Frag Grenade (AoE Damage, Knockback mitigated by Web Grenade)
    4. Heavy Burst (Cone Damage)
    5. Burst
    ... wash, rinse, repeat ...

When I'm Malefactored down to lower levels, I find myself needing to make use of Single Shot to round out the attack chain so I don't have downtime pauses. I also find Single Shot/Burst get used a LOT more often at lower levels (no surprise there), while Single Shot tends to become less important at higher levels (where Agility Alpha kicks in to boost Recharge in everything). So it's not like I'd want to delete Single Shot from my build, since it proves useful over too wide a level range for dealing with Exemplar reductions in IO enhancement strength.
I'm not 100% sure but I don't think SOA web grenade has -kb

It's ok for you to be tired of it; that is your right, but i'm saying and will say for sometime that "they advertised it and changed on me" furthermore "handled it poorly" is a gross understatement they have every ability to make it right but there infinitely more concerned with retaining profits and not setting inconvenient precedents

Imo what they should do is
-just add an advanced brawl to the fighting pool
-replace the animations of boxing and kick with brawl if player is a weapon user
-Allow us to just skip these powers so we can get to the ones that are useful to most builds

    We all did

They knew full well 100% proccing was possible and they knew this before the fandom knew, when they advertised the system to us they told 100% proccing was possible that we could add 100% recharge enhancement to that and add an additional 100% global recharge on top of that and still be at 100%. That's what they advertised though the have no intention of honoring that or restoring point purchasses
    Got Bilked?

Keep in mind that you don't spend money to get the reward tokens, you are buying points which you use to get stuff. The T9 costumes pieces are just a bonus.

We got them early, we didn't have to spend any additional points to get them so why not let premium and free players buy them? Maybe the money they spend will let them design a new costume set that I will enjoy.

I just don't see how letting others get the pieces reduces my game play value. I'm a VIP because I want to play the whole game, all of it. Even if there were no T9 Costume sets, I would still be a VIP. If you upset about VIP stuff being available and you don't think VIP is worth it, then go premium.

Besides, it's a costume pack for a video game, not live saving cancer treatments. Let's try and keep things in perspective.
It's not about protecting your exclusiveness value it's about protecting the t9 vip sales model
