You guys are awesome. I keep coming back to these boards just for this brand of comedy.
-
Necroton, thank you! That finally worked!
For anyone else having this problem, this is exactly where I went -
http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/top...-64bit-nvidia/
Downloaded the driver and extracted its contents, then downloaded the INF file and replaced the one in the driver folder, installed the driver, rebooted, and presto! I've now got the 190.62 driver and CoH runs like a charm.
Thanks again to everyone who supported me through this trying time. -
Yeah I tried downloading a couple of the older drivers but neither of them said it was compatible with my card.
I've been chatting with Dell support and having a hell of a time with them.
Thank you very much for your effort. -
Sadly, its a no go. I did as you said, booted into safe mode, ran DriveSweeper, rebooted, ran the driver setup file and got the same error.
-
I keep trying to but when I do I get a message saying that the drivers are the latest. I downloaded the Vista 64-bit 190.62 drivers. The messages is "The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit."

I'm having the same problem with a brand new computer, and I am running SP2.

It should be in Miami so that it's totally out of the way no matter where you live.

Unless you live in Ft Lauderdale

Or Miami.

Ugh. You are both correct, sirs! *lives in Coral Springs*

Kind of wierd looking at arcane themed rooms with tech devices. But it's functional and you're happy with it, so it works.
[/ QUOTE ]
As someone else noted, not arcane, miyuki. I had everything Tech for awhile but the other leader decided he wanted to try the different tilesets. So, I started throwing things in that tried to fit with the miyuki tileset. -
I finally got around to taking pictures of The Reavers base and putting them online.
Overview
Entrance
Ifirmary
Teleport Chamber 1
Teleport Chamber 2
Workshop 1
Workshop 2
Control Room
Energy Room
It feels kinda bland compared to all those other bases. Oh well. :-/ -
Yup. Funs over. The video ain't downloading no more.

In CoH Beta, players were able to push NPCs rather than the other way around. Quite reliably, players would then herd the NPCs all into a small area, causing AI issues and horrible server lag.
I hate being pushed around, too, but I don't believe it will change any time soon. (NOTE: I could be wrong!)

Then either:
A) Reduce the number of chickens
B) Allow us to "defeat" the chickens
Seriously, I had to "defeat" security guards just to get to that vault, how the hell do the chickens get their without any problem?! -
No one goes to Atlas Park any more, it's always too crowded.

Actually I'm really just hoping to hear more about Shadow Shard updates. Its a beautiful looking zone. When I went through the first three contacts just waiting for a story arc to start and when I found out there isn't even one in there I haven't been back since except to get my Fake Nemesis badge. -

Couple of things...
We're fixing the DE spawns in Eden so no more 41's with 30's.
And we're making a few changes to make Shadow Shard and Crash Site more accessible. For instance - putting a teleporter in Peregrine Island so that player 40's can get to and from easily.
[/ QUOTE ]
Was this supposed to be something new or just the standard portal inside portal corp to reach FBZ? -
[ QUOTE ]
8. I do want to tweak Shadow Shard and Rikti Crash Site so that they're more user friendly - and worthwhile. I can't give a time table yet, but I want to squeeze in a couple of changes as soon as possible.
[/ QUOTE ]
Any word on this? -
More than 3 ranks.
Sorting by each column fixed.

I was exploring around the work of art that is Striga Isle, marveling at all the new changes in I3, thinking this is the best Issue i've seen yet. That was until i decided to take a break and go check out the Paragon Dance Party...
WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!?!?! First you give us a run-down warehouse with obnoxious repetitive music, couches we can barely fit ourselves on, and god forbid more than one person, but now the lights are on. I understand there were alot of changes made in I3, but how on earth could you screw this up? It's bad enough but now there's no ambience and we have to see the ugly warehouse in all it's brightly-lit glory. Roleplayers are some of this game's most loyal players and it was sortof offensive that this was really the only addition to roleplaying we've gotten in an issue yet, but now... ugh. i have to go take a deep breath and calm down. this is disgusting.
