I just returned from a few years off and it saddens me to see that while AR/Dev was nerfed early on, it never saw any love since. I have a 45 AR/Dev that I would love to finish out, but this character gets SMOKED every time I use it.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how an AR/Dev could become a viable build? PVE and PVP? -

No you do not have to pay extra for the AE feature. It is part of the normal game, it has been in for quite a while now! No purchase required (excpet for the game).

May seem dumb, but do you have to buy this to create missions? And did it come with any other purchases? I bought the Going Rouge complete digital, did it come with this?

I read that i18 upped Flight speed by 30%. Is Flight now viable in PvP or is it still the slowest? And more specifically, how about for a Scrapper?

I just came back after a couple of years and am an old school PvPer. I hate whining, but I really have to ask what's up with all the Hibernate I see in PvP? It seems pretty lame. I'm sure there is other stuff that is complained about, but I see Hibernate being used by all builds. What gives?

Why don't the mobs in the Snaptooth mission scale up to Team size? This really disapointed me.

This mission needed a guide? I haven't found it hard. It's a good fight, but not hard by any means.

AR/Dev - Munitions or Force?
A tough choice. It seems that Munitions is cooler and Force is better.
