DM is fine solo, but the lack of AoE means that it does not do nearly as well teamed as other stalk sets do.

For a soloing stalk, yeah, DM is great. For a teamed stalk, not so much.

This place is seriously lacking in any form of win whatsoever.

Arch/Nrg, but be aware that ranged Blasters are weaker than normal Blasters. Especially if there is a Kin on the team.

A Kin defender will often outdamage Ranged Blasters because they refuse to get Fulcrum Shift.

/Energy and /Mental are the two most popular combination's with Fire, and for good reason.

/Energy offers good single target damage for Fire, as well as some single target damage mitigation. Bonesmasher is an extremely good attack, and makes Fire/Nrg into a devastating boss killer, as well as an AoE monster.

By far the biggest advantage of /nrg for fire is Boost Range. This power increase the cone size of Breath of Fire, which lets you hit the whole mob with it easily. Buildup+Aim+Breath of Fire+Fireball will usually 2 shot all minions in a mob.

Powerboost is also a great power, the best uses are usually using it to boost Aid Self, or using it to boost Vengeance(Powerboost+Veng is what I typically use)

/Mental on the other hand, turns fire from an AoE Monster, to *lol gg mobs* It doesn't have the single target damage that /Nrg has, or the utility abilities. What it does have is AoE. Lots and lots of AoE. There is also some minor control abilities in /Mental, but the primary reason is to make a Fire/Mental blaster that can kill mobs with blistering speed.

Im going to disagree here with all the /WP, and say /Elec Armour.

It has a good self heal, infinite endurance, resistance to every damage type, slow resi and end drain/recov resists, and a damage aura.

While WP does better than Elec in the early game, around lvl 30+, Elec armour really takes off and does much better than /WP for soloing. And farming.

Dark/Rad would be my vote. Rad Infect basically shores up Darks lack of Aim, as well as stacks nicely with the to-hit debuffs. Its a great set that blooms early and stays steady throughout the game, and soloes nicely.

I liked the Halloween events. I really do. The problem is, there is just to damn many of them.

Trying to complete a Task Force with any hunt mission has pretty much become a gamble. Last night I got stuck waiting around for 45 minutes as a Supernatural Event was followed directly by a Zombie event in Nerva, which meant that my Renault TF had to just sit around before we could do the Hunt missions.

We don't need the Events to be popping up so much. 1 Event going on at a time per side is just fine. And please ensure that there is a period of time during which a Zone is *exempt* from an Event following one, so issues like Event right after Event in the same zone won't happen.

Power changes are ALWAYS bad, until you can prove it didn't change anything someone liked, and only improved what others like. By about 5000% percent.

Its funny because people will always complain about something.

The PvP changes will most likely make PvP much better, and yet people will still complain about their hibernoobed fire/nrg not slaughtering everyone anymore, or that they can't farm shivs as effectively.

I try and think from their perspective, but than I remember that they are wrong.

So yeah, you guys should have been expecting that. And its really not that big of a deal. I'll prob have SO's and cheap sets for PvE, and save the good stuff for PvP.

There is a program designed by a COH user to do this. I can't find it currently, but I know someone around here probably can.

You can change the load in screen, character selection screen, etc. Believe people even changed their music.

Wow, I didn't know that was made into a Program! The last I saw of the Splasher, you still had to do it manually.
