The Bio Nuke temp power from Warburg is an ally buff power.

This power is intended to be used on us. I checked over the directions for the event and the only mention of it I saw was it being used as a debuff on the AV. -

I won't be able to auto sign up as my schedule is up in the air for the time being. Also, my oldest daughter will be starting kindergarten (eeeeek!) so that defiantly takes priority above everything else.
As far as characters go, a close friend of mine (who recently re-subbed) and I plan on running a Praetorian duo to red-side. A Dark/Pain Corr(me) and a Shield/Dark Tank(him). I also plan on making an Elec/Energy Dom and bringing my main blaster to villain side for badges, story arc souvenirs, temp powers, etc. I also have a bunch low-mid level characters red-side as well, including a Energy/Rad Corr.
Hopefully I will be able to run more often than not. I'll make sure to keep watching the forums, FB, and the global chat. -

I may or may not be home that night. Got a friend coming home briefly from Afghanistan and we're suppose to hang out either Friday or Saturday evening.

We were lucky to have enough people to form two teams tonight. E needed a second team leader, so I agreed to help. I haven't done this TF much, so really I was just a warm body to hold the star.
We had a death in the first mission, so we decided to start over. We did pretty good on our second try until some confusion in the second mission caused a death. After that we decided to just finish the TF. Reichsman's AoEs caused a few more deaths in the last mission but other than that everything went pretty smoothly.
I didn't get the screen shot but we finished in 56:12 with 7 deaths.

Luna's right. Base raids must be enabled to acquire this badge. And, a base must have an IoP, which you could only get thru the Cathedral of Pain trial (that was active for what, 4 days?).
I ended up transferring to Infinity for a few days in 2008 to get it from Ms. Mesmer and her crew for PowLib farming. That possibility is long past, however.
