If I end up on a different server from all my 'friends' I leave.

If they dump us all together somewhere nice and I don't lose character names or at least don't loose that many, then I stay and enjoy the less laggy connection.

The intimidation factor of having a gun looses it's value when everyone has one, it also looses it when most likely the person your trying to intimidate is so drugged up they don't care that they might get shot.

The security guard looked up nervously as a figure approached down the street, while not the smallest of men the approaching figure practically dwarfed him, clad in baggy track shorts and a massive hoody that hid the approaching figures hands, face and sex the figure was making a bee line for the school. Steeping in front of the figure the security guard made a guess...

“Sir if you'll wait here, I'll send a message ahead that you've arrived” he offered

The figure ignored him continuing it's slow walk towards to the gate, the guard placed one hand in a restraining gesture on the figure. A sudden flurry of violence, brittle sounds overlayed by wetness, the figure broke the guards arm in one fluid movement and then grabbed the man by the skull smashing him like a rag doll into the cement pavement, it cracked under the pavement as soft liquid sounds announced the mans life leaking away.

A few of the students screamed and backed away as the figure entered the school, a gestured sent a rod like device burrowing into the playground it crackled a red energy as it unfolded and then with a pulse a forcefield formed over the school a sphere cutting through the ground, a few birds fell twitching as the field cut them in two. One of the teenager launched him self at the figure, flames flashing from his hands, the figures clothing ignited leaving it standing blazing like a wicker man, it raised one hand and blazing energy arced from it's fingers burning a hole through the students chest, the fires died down as the young hero fell.

You could always stop Twi's over the top Space Cannon Harkon from being used by Malta or something.

The machine gestured, a finger opened as it hands swept in an arc, a small device hitting the concrete floor and then with a whirr drilled into the ground burrowing to safety. A second passed then another before a surge of information announced the establishment of a field.

Gripping the child by it's skull the machine peeled away the tape holding the infant child's form close. Holding the child in the air it drove it's fist into the child's side a quick machine thrust, sending the child to lie sprawled on the floor. Tossing the orb to lie next to the child's broken body, the machine turned and started to walk away.

The machine continued to walk towards the ware houses drainage system and the cities sewer system.

“It's a [censored] raid!” one of the thugs screamed out spraying sup machine gun fire randomly as around him, his fellows began to fall.

The ruck sack wearing thugs looked around meerkat like, before with a couple of jumps and kick off's they scaled the walls of the factory and started free running their way out of the factory grounds towards the undiscovered Max.

The police line parted to allow Thomas to get through with a roar of mighty engine the SWAT teams APC ploughed through the gate firing tear gas at the assembled crowd. Small arms fire pinged off the heavily armoured vehicle, as despite the gas the thugs fought back.... several ran towards the weapon shed.

”Statement: A Waste Of Time: E.M.P: Ineffective”

The machine grabbed hold of the heavy oak table it had been working at, a roar of gears and the groaning sound of protesting wood announced its counter attack. Hurling the heavy table at Unit-1 the machine used the moments distraction to rip away the heavy clothing disguising its form, the light glinted of its bronze like sculptured form and on its chest lay..... a child of indeterminable sex, taped with heavy rolls of duct tape to the bronzed form of the machine paladin.

Gripping one of the orbs in a steely grip the machine ordered Unit-1 to stand down.

”By The Grace: Sul Dar: This Unit Has The Upper Hand: Know This: Should This Unit Fall: Target Designate: Human Shield Child: Will Action: Perish.”

The song played once more and the orb dropped to the floor.... then with a sound like the hellish bark of a hound from hades the building went up in flames.

The blaze seemed so unnaturally quick it ripped through the building in seconds and then died out just as quick, leaving the crime scene thick with the stench of burning flesh.

The light falters for a moment and the sphere begins to rotate the upper half clockwise and the lower counter clock wise. A melody starts to play, repeating it self. Each time a repetition finishes the speed of the devices rotations increases.

With each rotation the room starts to smell.... more chemical.
