Preatoria comes off my List.
1. More unobtainable Badges
2. People start in Preatoria, then whine because they cannot leave until 20, out level contacts via Holiday Missions and whine because they cannot find a contact.
3. Power Suppression in Auction House. Great idea, except that you don't even have swift, I feel I am using the [Walk] power.
Inventions should be up there before AH/Universities, because without Inventions there is no need for University and Auction House.
I love AE/MA just they don't keep it up to date. We got the Werewolves and Zombies from Halloween, but no Witches. Since Tips "Rogues Gallery" has not been added, or atleast expand the levels of their counterparts to 1-54. But still AE/MA should be higher on the list.
I am glad they Revamped Posi, but the Hero TFs still don't have the Epic feel of the Villain SFs. Cap - The Cave witht he Flaming Chickens, Infernal, the AV; Silver Mantis fighting on the Skyraiders Platform; Renault Fighting Catlyst and the Eye; Silver Mantis and the Crystal CAve Room. All of thes have an Epic feel to the finish. The Hero TF's need a little bit of that.
I don't mean to sound too pestimestic, because I really love the game as a whole. But there are a few old things that should be addressed while also adding new content. -

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS

1st mission strait forward. Go to End save Penny come back to front and Fight Clockwork King.
NOTE: A small group can rush to the back rescue Penny and someone Us Vet TP [Assemble the Team] to bring all including Penny back to the door.
2nd Mission: Strait forward, fight through take each group[ of Riders. 4 Groups. 1 st is 1, 2nd is 2, etc. Some people just run past everything and kill the riders. Most people take them out in order: Famine, Pestilence, Death, War
3rd Mission aka Chatty Kathy. 2 NPC will fight with you can need escorts. The others are just rescue and they run off. 1 can die and you can still "win" the mission. Lost of people kill the off to auto fail the mission.
4th Mission. Hami Time:
Lots of different ways to do this.
1 Rikti and Pylons: Some groups Take out the Rikti then Mitos, and Pylons last. Some take out Rikti and Pyons first. Another, Tank Herds Rikti into the Goo and they fight Mito and Hami. Sometimes they take a few Mitos with them. EoE's from Hami Raids also work here. Yellow are weak to Melee, Blues are weak to Range, Green need to be held(Mag 10) then any damage.
Tip: MM's Hide behind a Big rock and send pets in at Mitos, but don't come out until all pets are dead.
Tip: Most attacks cause -Regen and -Heal (meaning healing as less effect onm you, inspirations, self heal, heal other, etc) Range of Attack is Line of Sight, If you get 3 or 4 stack on you, bereak LoS and wait for them to ware off.
5th and Last mission: Either fight your way down or have someone tp the team. Take out 1st AV, 2nd AV spawns, take him out. Take out the Generators.
Note: There will be ambushes with each Generator Destroyed. Adterward, farm the rest of the map for Purples and shards or just leave. -
Sounds like a good place for a Vet Reward, the ability to have another page of Heroes/Villains/Praetorians

I loved this so much I saved it...
Quote:I would like to tell you about a friend of mine. His name is Toggle Man, and he has come to town to show you how things are done.
Toggle Man is a Spines/Dark Armor Scrapper. But not a wuss about it, like all those other Spines/Dark Armor Scrappers. He took Lunge, because he had to. And he took Quills, because it's a Toggle, and he's Toggle Man. But as far as he's concerned, you can take the rest of those powers to the DUMP where they BELONG.
Oh, that's right. Toggle Man went there.
He went there, came back, and brought you a T-Shirt.
It says "I'm with Toggle Man, so you'd better Toggle On some RESPECT!"
Toggle Man took seven of the nine powers in Dark Armor. Can you guess which ones? Toggle Man does not need to rez. Toggle man thinks self-heals are for little girls and communists. Toggle Man does not hurt. Toggle Man does not die. Toggle Man runs Toggles. Eight of them, so far.
Nine. Sprint. Toggle Man is not such a connoisuer of toggles that he'd forget the granddaddy of 'em all. Toggle Man runs Sprint all the time. Because Toggle Man knows what's up. Toggle Man wishes he could run all four Veteran sprints too, at the same time. But we try not to remind him of it... Toggle Man dies a little inside every time he thinks about a Toggle he can't run...
Don't cry for Toggle Man. He needs you to be strong. He needs you to Toggle On your Brave Face for him, ok? Ok.
Toggle Man likes the Leadership Pool. But not Vengeance. Even though Toggle Man's weak and puny allies are constantly kissing the floorboards around him, Toggle Man will not lower himself to use a Click power on their greasy carcasses. Because he's Toggle Man, and his job is to run Toggles, in case you hadn't heard.
Toggle Man likes the Leaping Pool. He likes it so much, he compromised and took Jump Kick! Mostly because Combat Jumping and Super Jumping wouldn't work together, and Toggle Man is unhappy when he has to choose between two toggles. Toggle Man took Acrobatics, because NOBODY pushes Toggle Man around.
Are you looking at Toggle Man funny? I didn't think so. Punk. You'd best run home to your Mommy and Toggle On a pair of dry underpants. Oh, Snap!
Toggle Man also likes the Speed pool. But not Hasten. Toggle Man's Toggles are always on, and that ain't changing. So who cares when they recover? Not Toggle Man, that's for sure! Toggle Man loves Super Speed and Whirlwind, and he runs them all the time. Sometimes Toggle Man's friends get frustrated, and say, "Toggle Man, could you stop super speeding around, knocking all the guys all over the place?" and Toggle Man, he says "Sure, as soon as you stop BREATHING!" Toggle Man is not gonna keep quiet while suckas be dissin' on his Toggles.
Toggle Man likes Tough and Weave! Enough to take Boxing, even! Oh my gosh, Toggle Man has an "Attack Chain" now! But he doesn't use it, because he's not a wuss. He's Toggle Man, and his Toggles are good enough, thank you very much.
Toggle Man likes Focused Accuracy. Take that, Stalkers! Toggle Man is watching! Toggle Man isn't going to take any crap from you! Toggle Man also took Conserve Power, which isn't a Toggle, but he sets it on auto and pretends that it is. Awwww yeeeaah. Toggle Man is all about conservation. Toggle Man wishes he could Toggle the Ozone Layer back on, but he can't. Because of the restraining order.
Toggle Man loves Toggles so much, he didn't even take a power at 49, because he couldn't find any more Toggles. He is thinking about Confront, though, because he's sick of all these pansies seeing him coming and saying "Oh, crap! It's Toggle Man! We'd best run!" Well not any more, punk! Toggle Man is comin' to get'cha!
... Toggle Man goes through endurance 8 times faster than he recovers it. Toggle Man can only actually finish turning all his Toggles on before his blue bar empties out, if he turns on Rest first, and that makes Toggle Man uncomfortable even if Rest is a Toggle too. Toggle Man wants to know if he can mooch a couple blues?
No? That's cool. Toggle Man doesn't trust inspirations anyway. Since they're not, you know, Toggles. What's up with that? Why all the inspirations got to be Clicks, yo? That is whack.
Toggle Man. Coming soon to a Test Server near you. -

What IP and Nerva both need is a way to the other end of the zone.

The Stun was covered...
The 2 biggest issues I have are:
1. The game take longer to load (from the updater)
2. Port Oakes
A. I have had the Game locked 3 times in Port Oakes. Each time was different. One toon was Jumping while running wiht Ninja Run, one was flying. Both of these happened between Arena and Enhancement Vender while in the Air. The other happend over the Pier while using Super Jump
b. Seems to take longer to load than any other CoV Zone -
Resistance members are technically villains in Preatoria. They are considered traitors, now if they overthrow Cole, then they are revolutionaries and could be considered heroes.
So Praetoria technically the Loyalist are the heroes. Unless the Reistance wins, then they become villains.
Preatoria is bad example of trying to draw a line between Good and Evil, hince the term "Shades of Gray"
But it is all prespective. -
I can't believe people still use DO's and SO's. I just craft Generic IO's as I need them, they never expire, so you never truely "lose" a bonus, make a better one later.
Just my 2 cents -
I can think of a few other things off the top of my head that would make better Vet Rewards.
Additional Market Slot
Discount on Market Fees
Reduce Day Job times by 1/3 (From 21 days to 14 days) -
Don't forget the randomized rewards venders:
Get 10 Random Recipes from a merit and have a duplicate.
Took 26 "Random" 26-40 Commom Tech Salvages to get 1 circuit board(There are 6 different ones in that category)*
*Still better than paying the market prices on most middle tier common salvage. -

I seen them in action in the early 90's when I was in the Navy. So, yes I ma sure they are for Missiles.
Sometimes I can come off as arrogant and cocky, I am not really that way. Sometimes I am just blunt and to the point. -
The Grid looking piece behind the turret are for missles. I think you are confusing Destroyers with Battleships. At Most Destroyers have 2 Turrets, usually one in the Rear and one forward.
-
It Looks like a combination of a Spruance Class Destroyer and an Aegis Class Cruiser

The biggest shortcut on Cuda, is the second mission. After you take care of Mueller's Ambush. Have some tp the team to a safe spot near Numinas room.
Funny thing, Mueller does not teleport with you, but shows up for the cut scene. -
Here is the brainstorming I have been doing on and off the past couple of weeks. The next "Epic AT" (Special. unlockable. etc)
Origin ATs
Starting with tech that is in game. Look at the VEATs. How they basically have 4 powersets after lvl 24 + pool powers ti build their characters. I was thinking of using something like those. At Level 1 you choose 2 of 6 power sets.
In that attacks sets, you get a default power. Using similar tech to Change ammo. Using Technology for example the 4 options are: Hand, Pistol, Rifle, Tech Staff
Hand - the attack would be similar to Ironman or what is in most powersets.
Pistol - the attack fires from a pistol
Rifle - the attack fires from a rifle
Tech Staff - ala Nemesis
Also one of the powers in this set would be change ammo type option. Cold Rays, Heat Rays, Rad attacks, etc. Maybe not as a power. Maybe it should be locked down like the deilivery system. We don't want to make them overpowered.
Just using this as a basis, you get mose customization of your character.
I have not really thought too much about the other sets, but I would like to see Special Travel Powers available to them, Jet Packs, Jump Jets, Glider Wings, etc. -
Quote:6 Kahns in 3.5 hours. best time was 23 minutesI *love* the ambushes in the Barracuda TF. It's one of my favourite bits of the whole game. I wish there were more like it -- that's what the reactor ambushes in the respec trial should be like, not endless hanging around waiting for a couple of measly spawns.
Still, that said, sometimes it pays to know the speed runners on the server. One hour, two Khans, two Notices :-)
2 Cudas 3.15 hours. Best time 1h 30 minutes
Reichsman + 4 AVs easier than Reichsman + 12+ Ambushes of Melees, AoEs, Marksman, and Mezers.
Also on Cuda you have to pretty much clear the map to get all the patrons. Cuda needs to be worth more Merits. -
Archery / Trick Arrow Corr?
lvl 42
Ninja/Trick Arrow MM?
Lvl 50 -
/gmotd doesn't work half the time, so that is actually a poor choice.
The first MMO I played was Asheron's Call. Out side each town was a "Town Crier" The town Criers were used to tell players about events in the lastest patch in an RP way. Being that every games steals ideas from each other. In Talos there is a Paper boy the says random game related topics. Add these Paper boys by each train station and Ferry. We click on them to get information. Such as WST. -
Place them in a category like they did when they moved Tails to it's own group from Belts.
