Yes, there are at least 16 arena badges this issue, including one accolade:
Individual PVP badges
Accolade
There may also be a badge called "Contender" but I haven't found what would earn it. The Accolade is awarded by earning the five Victor badges shown in the first link. -
For what it's worth, I was finally able to get my arc to update properly, so I could reduce the difficulties of the custom mobs after the last patch. They're still not pushovers, but they're at least slightly less annoying. Any updated feedback would be appreciated, especially if you're teaming.

Here's my arc:

It's a very long arc with two EB/AVs near the end. Soloable with a not-too-squishy character, but I'd like some feedback on how it plays on teams. -

The way it looks to me now, the construction in Port Oakes appears that it'll be just a bypass to connect the two ferries. -
Yeah, tabloid-size scanners have traditionally never been cheap compared to letter-size scanners. I did find one that matches your price range, but I've not used this brand to be able to rate the performance.
Mustek A3 Scanner
The Web vendor is a reputable source, so you can feel safe if you decide to order it from them. I've had no problems any time I've ordered from them in the last 15 years. -

IIRC, the promise wasn't that there would always be three issues released within any given twelve month period, but three issues within each calendar year. It's very possible that we'll still get two more issues this year -- maybe (purely speculatively) in September and November/December? So just calm down and hang in there.

I always thought the start of the seasons could vary by one day depending on some kind of "rounding" factor of the earth's orbit. -
Love the changes you've done to the Hollows, Melissa. The new mob types will add diversity and the streamlined level ranges and spawn sizes will make the zone much easier to navigate.
One technical question about the in-game mini-map: Will the neighborhood boundaries be updated to reflect the streamlining of mob levels? As it is right now, Cherry Hills and Eastgate Park each have a yellow and orange zone, and Four Seasons and Grendel's Gulch have orange and red. It would be nice if the mini-map was adjusted accordingly so the neighborhood boundaries matched. -

You're actually thinking of it backwards. There was nothing wrong with the Stealth power, but rather with slotting +Stealth IOs in the passive movement powers (swift, hurdle). Characters with powers slotted that way had issues with the AI getting screwed up in hostage missions. The fix was to not allow IO sets to be slotted in those powers so no one could be perma-stealthed. -

The blue/white text refers to the two description lines in the recipes and enhancements. (It's the same list as I posted a while back here.) I don't have access to the Devastation:Acc/Dam/Rech recipe to check it, but I did craft and slot the Debilitative Action and Trap of the Hunter recipes mentioned here. In every case, the white description line correctly matched the buff given by the IO. So the list should be corrected as follows:
Debilitative Action:Rech/Immob recipe and IO title should be End/Immob
Trap of the Hunter:Acc/Rech recipe and IO blue text should be fixed
Trap of the Hunter:End/Immob recipe and IO blue text should be fixed
Trap of the Hunter:Immob/Range recipe title should be Acc/Immob
One other spelling/punctuation change that should be made is TimeSpace Manipulation vs. Time & Space Manipulation.
