  1. I might do this for my Fire/MM/Soul Blaster for big teams and for solo padded missions. I have 80% of the IO's in my base so money isnt an issue.

  4. I still use my Wp tank in PvP and I was wondering if a Wp Scrapper can be resurrected with the help of new PPP's.
  5. Thinking of making a PvP build on my Spine/WP scrapper. What would you get for Zone and Arena PvP.. Soul mastery for Shadow Meld or Leviathan Mastery for Hibernate?

Speaking of which is there any bind for tp so i dont have to constant click.. i know theres one i use to use for my shade but cant remember.. Also is there a bind to turn on human form shields after i switch back.. if not just tell me the regular kheldian bind... and ill just outfit all the keys to turn on one at the time.
I think I watched him dual on freedom against a Psi/Em Blaster and held his own for the whole match. He was even winning in the beginning, but the last 1-2 min the person was able to get one up on him. He only lost by one (2-1) but I was totally impressed. That player he fought was a skilled player and later beat another toon I think it was 5-0. It got me to the point where I might get the dwarf on my PB.

    Post a Character

    I like my PPD Spider.

He spent a few years in the PPD and then was tasked to go undercover as a Soldier for Lord Recluse. He was undercover longer than he was a PPD Officer. He began to forget his true mission and began to believe he was evil. Recently he was given the orders that crossed his line of morality and remembered his mission. Once again he wears his PPD Uniform (with modifications) with pride and now is on his way to change his alignment and once again become a Hero.

I have a Kin/Dark/Dark Defender and I am able to stun a mob with Dark Pit and Opressive Gloom. I think it should work the same for PSW and OP.
  11. Didn't Spawn get Demonic Powers and he used them for good?

    I remember them days.
  18. I made a Fire/Kin Controller I got used to the Stun =>Immob => Fulcrum => Fire Ball attack chain. When I now think about soloing big mobs I need that Mez for survivability. One day I tried the same thing with my Kin/Dark Defender and got dark master for the stun in opressive gloom toggle. I was able to solo mobs on my defenser, but it was sooooo slow. I was able to stun with Opressive gloom + Dark Pit = Mag 4 Stun total. For the Immob I used Tenebrous Tentacles to keep them tight. Then I used Fulcrum and Night Fall. The damage is so weak and took forever. That is why I keep on mentioning Soul Mastery for the Opressive Gloom and Tenebrous Tentacles. Opressive Gloom + Psi Shock Wave will equal to a mag 4 stun or Opressive Gloom + Lightning Clap (PBAoE, Foe Disorient) will be a mag 4 also. With a good attack chain you will have all you need to defeat big mobs fast (I Hope).

With the ability to get PPP with Going Rogue you will now be able to get an immob power that prevents the mob from scattering.

Basically, ith Archery/, I can Aim+BU, RoA, ExploArrow, Fistfull. Than ST whatever is left. With Fire/ I got Aim+BU then Fire Breath, Fire Ball.
Explosive Arrow is going to knock them back and can ruin your grouping, so I think the PPP might help with this also byt getting the immob.

So, which is more effective, Fire/ or Archery/? Do I chose Archery because of the Fast recharging Nuke, which also gives me one more AoE in my alpha, or is somewhat higher DPA of Fire/ the key factor?
I currently have a Fire/MM blaster and I have a Archery/Dev/Elec Mastery for padded missions and is depends on what type of style of playing I want to do. Fire/MM is an up close in the mix type of soloing; however the Archery is an all range type of soloing. Archery/Dev/Elec Mastery attack Chain: Aim => RoA => Fistful of Arrows => Static Discharge => Explosive Arrow. IMO Archery/MM is faster and safer, but a Fire/MM is fun to to use for my play style.

    Thanks!
I think Rad would go great with Mind. You will gain a heal, self buff, and debuffs, I think it would be a well rounded solo controller.

Just wondering....Is fight Clubbin with aid self looked down upon?

I was thinking a fire/elec/Soul mastery blaster might be able to farm. I know it might not be the best, but it might work.

    1. Buff Up: Build Up + Aim
    2. Immob: Tenebrous Tentacles
    3. Stun Chain: Oppressive Gloom (Mag 2)+ Lightning Clap (Mag 2) + Thunder Strike (Mag 2)= Mag 6 stun
    4. Attack Chain: Fire Ball + Fire Breath + RoF + Night Fall

People will get used to the differences with the new ATs. Decent players will, anyway, and bad players will be as bad as they ever were with the old ATs.
I dont think they were bad players, but I do think they did not know how a Dom blends in on hero side teams. I kinda felt like the new kid on campus...lol
  24. After finally switching sides on my Fire/Fire/Mu Dom I did a respec and became a Fire/Fire/Fire Dom or how I like to call it a “3rd Degree” Dom. It was quick to find a team on heroes and I was quite happy. The first thing I noticed was that everyone on the team was getting buffs, except me and the controller. It was not a big deal; however something I was not used to. Playing a Dom on the red side I always got buffs heals, etc…. I was doing a Task Force with 7 other heroes and I know how busy things can get, so I did not give it a second thought about getting skipped over on buffs. Then I joined another team to do the Tyrant mission and the same thing happens and I did not receive buffs. Do not get me wrong I am not upset by any means. It is just something I have to get used to when joining with a villain AT. I guess one of the reasons I was not getting buffs was because I was doing better than they expected and handling my own. I think the tankers we getting upset since the mobs were stunned and immobilized before they could jump in and they had nothing to taunt…lol. Overall I enjoy being on the hero side, I enjoy the Fire Mastery APP, I enjoyed the transition to become a hero, and I enjoyed the merged markets. So far I give my Dom on Hero side 4 out of 5 stars and now I am looking forward to trying out another archetype with the side switching.
