Multiple LS, multiple nados, and multiple FR's. The multiple nados is situational, but beastly. It should be less situational on some trollers too because of the lockdown. Multiple FR's is key because its debuffs stack (or used to at least.)
With stormys, more chaos is always the acceptable answer.

Tornado - Unsure, as I've not personally had the recharge or situation to see if I can get two at the same time or not. Last I heard on the defender forums, you can not.

Yes, you can have two tornados out at once. I tested it just yesterday to make sure.
I swore for the longest time that you could only have one Lightning Storm at a time, but with Hasten I'm able to get two out. So can you have two Tornadoes out at the same time? With max recharge and Hasten, there would be a few seconds of overlap. I'm just wondering which pet rules Tornado follows since I always thought it, just as it is so with Lightning Storm, followed the "one pet at a time" rule.
Of course, it wouldn't help much in many situations, but I would like to know for future reference. Thanks!
