When did Emperor Cole become a Romulan?
I thought we'd put Cryptic behind us long ago 8) -

Quote:I enjoyed that nudity, though. Why would we want any less? You all should. Reports from the affected zones say that her right cheek has achieved sentience and is draining the life force of the entirety of downtown London (just like that movie but with a tad less nudity).

I managed to tank Reccie by using hover near a light post in the far corner of his platform. The poor bugger just kept climbing and jumping and missing! Bring reds and purples and you'll do fine
-
only have one 50, a WP/SS tanker. got to 'the Room' and decided to go all heroic and charge in. that didn't end well. hosped and came back. pulled Holtz with Laser Beam Eyes. defeated him. pulled the Honoree the same way. a fun slugfest ensued. I won
thusly, the Honoree mission is not Awful -
the Incarnate system has made my lone lvl 50 fun to play again, even if it did make me a bad Tanker during an ITF. Being a Tanker and actually pounding enemies into the ground is very pleasant. Go Go Alpha Boost!
i19 has created Lowbie Heaven! A low level Ice Tank running every single toggle? YES! Low level Blasters going through a three minute shoot-out and still having some blue left? YES! This is a miracle! =)) -
I'll add my opinion to the "unintentionally found dev tool" team...
...and have no idea who you should PM about it, or if the higher-ups would get mad if you did -
Current Main is the Incarnate Tanker Lucomo
LUKE-oh-mo -
Gratz
and next time? see if you can get it in the Daily News or the Times -
Quote:Seriously, if you're really that mad about this, please leave alreadyI'm trying to listen to all of you guys but all you guys say back is nothing of any value. Perhaps if you provided something thought provoking that hasn't already been ruled out instead of calling someone a mule then yeah maybe it would be worth mulling over.
Well we do know that the bug was reported in the beginning of closed beta (Fact). That the one reporting the bug hardly got any cooperation throughout closed beta (Fact). There was more than just him that was upset it wasn't being looked into further (Fact). This is all fact from what has been discussed about what's been going on in closed beta, don't believe me? Venture over to the development forum and read some of the stuff, comprehension is still something that you will need so it may be best to just stay here and pretend.
So yes I DO know why inherent fitness wasn't the correct version. Because they failed to follow up with ALL of their beta players (i.e. ignored). And it didn't really make sense for you guys to keep saying that they HAVE been working on his issue dilligently because if they really had all of these 3 months they might have figured something out about how inherent fitness was messing things up with everyones inherents which would mean that they just are inept at figuring their software out. Or if they HAD been aware of the problem with inherent fitness and just were too stubborn to put the right fix to it why then in the week since the first patch to open testing and the week later had they gone into overdrive soliciting information from everyone that played the dom and kheldian ATs? If they HAD known the root of the problem they would have already known to change the way inherent fitness was with alll of the compiled information they SHOULD have had from their dom and kheldians they really weren't listening much to.
Your guy's defense or rebuttle, if you can call it that, has more holes in it than swiss cheese, better stick to calling me a mule.
Oblivious is as oblivious does.
you're not helping anything. and if you think you are, think again. one or two posts is venting but you've now ventured into the Standard Code Rant and insanity

Enjoy!
I'm thankful for the devs and players that make this game great -
Better to get it right before throwing it out there
Gratz Devs! You are doing this right -

Cold-heated corporate souls hate the "Chummy-Chummy", if you catch my drift...

Sometime in 2006: I was reading a long forgotten comic book and saw an advertisement for City of Villains. Something clicked. Having never played a villain in any game I decided to explore my dark side for once. A year later I bought City of Heroes. My subscription has lapsed for only 1 month in 4 years
I'll be here until the end -
Quote:Oh, but it DOES follow the rules...THANK YOU SO MUCH, Dollymistress! I was really enjoying posting till that verbal wipeout...one of the most beautiful forms of Haiku I ever read was this one, and it doesn't follow the rules.
Lillypad on pond
Frog Jump
Water sounds
...when read in the original Japanese version -
I'm still having fun. It's that simple
Just started my first Broad Sword Stalker, and she's a blast. It's not just that no two Archetypes play the same, no two POWER SETS within any single Archetype play the same! And that's the reason I'm still here -
I hope she can recover and have a long and pleasant future
Get well soon -
Bought, and coming in very handy on many toons

Look, this is the game development industry. Employees have always come and gone like the tides and that's seen as normal. Absent friends may be gone, but they're still friends. No need for panic. Just like there wasn't any reason to delete a certain post *grumbles*
This MMO is a hidden gem. If it had been properly marketed 6 -7 years ago it might have been able to rise above being just a niche filler. And, in my opinion, no game ongoing or on the horizon is going to be able to knock CoH/V out of this niche. Not the Content Light and Bad Looking MMO out now nor the City of Side-kicks MMO to come.
Let's hope that the complaints keep coming while reading these forums in 2020
