T4 Cardiac (I had some end issues that I couldn't quite get a handle on)

I went Diamagnetic Interface (Tier 2 atm) because I am more of a traditional tank so extra damage didn't appeal to me, plus it helped my soft-capped build.

I had T2 Void on Him but with I21.5 I will be Getting Vorpal Judgement- more thematic.

T3 Rebith Destiny- More healing is always good when I go AV hunting.

T3 IDF Lore- but I'm working toward T3 Vanguard- just seemed more thematic for him.

Also New Incarnate powerrs.... YAY!!!!

If it IS 21.5.. I picked a DAMN good day to buy 1320 PP on all my accounts! (come to me my TW precious... yesssss)

That may explain some of it Bright, but not all. I've been seeing a lot of new leaders recently and none of them know how to listen or take advice from people who've done a BAF. When a 24 man league fails the escapee phase in UNDER a minute because no one is listening and just doing their own thing (which I've sadly been on more than once) it's not just the absense of Level shifts.

I'm actually very impatient for 21.5 now- at least I know I can get a bunch of TPNs and Keyes in with Vets to get my Threads because I don't see this new crop of 50s learning any time soon. (If that sounds snobbish oh well, I'm really tired of the attitude I keep seeing among.. new players)

I doubt it's 21.5- I'm hoping it's to fix the increasing lag and rubberbanding I've seen pop up in the last week or so.

I recently joined a DFB with a new tank I wanted to get a jumpstart on. 3 other teammates were above level FORTY (including the leader). They were complaining about the slow speed of leveling now. So I asked them why they don't move on and go to the higher zones and run the TFs there?

I was first told "No, that's what DFB is for- to level easy." I tried to explain that the other TFs were just as easy etc. I was then greeted with silence. They then moved on to complain that they cannot use all their powers and were trashing the game and the devs for blocking their powers....

I finally said that is why there are other zones and TFs, so you can level up with the game, and they are just as fun...

Know what the response was? I was kicked.. almost immediately.

I've reluctantly come to the conclusion that DFB is the WORST addition to the game and helps the type of player we don't need in this game. They want PLing, Thats it.

I think I've finally realized why for the past 2 weeks all of a sudden Liberty cannot complete a BAF or a LAM- why the leaders (all new players I haven't seen before) do NOT listen to any advice and just try the same bullrush tactic over and over again and ***** when it fails. I can't believe I am, but I really am thinking of moving all my toons to Exalted if these new players are this ignorant and frankly.. dumb.

OK... now I'm REALLY curious who this guy is.....

Since I never paid attention to these in Beta because I didn't like the idea- I need to ask this.

These are account bound- does that mean buying a set makes it available to all my characters on that account that can use the set? If so and the fact that you don't lose the Set Bonuses then hell yes I'm buying these!!! I play too many Melee characters NOT to buy these.

Honestly.. I do not get the Incarnate hate. You are complaining that because I choose to use a power that you do not wish to use I'm detracting from your gameplay?? Please!! Even on a 8 man ITF I only see a handful of judgements firing off every now and then. The only place I see chained Judgements is IN a Trial. I see more Lore pets than Judgements, and they aren't a big deal, they don't detract from my job as whatever AT I am on.

Does a Destiny make a Empathy or Pain Dom useless? HELL no. No Destiny can buff a character like those sets, no Barrier can replace Thermal or Sonic shields, no Judgement can keep up a sustained attack chain of a Fire Blaster or a Brute at 3/4s Fury.

Blaming Incarnates because you are getting less enjoyment from the game seems a bit... petty. IS the Incarnate path right now a major grind and poorly designed? Absolutely! (The Devs didn't drop the ball.. they tripped over it, fell down a flight of stairs and broke their necks) But don't blame other players for your lack of enjoyment- it's not their fault and it's not like they are all sending tells saying "ok.. lets piss X off.. we'll all use our judgements at once hehe".

While almost all the Howling sequels were crap, Howling 5 is actually VERY well done and still holds up. It is more of a murder mystery with a Werewolf but it's production values are very high for a direct to video film.

Also, does anyone remember the old TV show "Werewolf" that aired the 1st Year Fox was a network?

If that is the case and the Tool is DOA then 21.5 should NOT have been moved to Beta till a replacement was ready, I'm sorry.

TY!!! I'm in the same boat.. I don't want to have to beg in the Beta channel for cash so I can unlock the other Incarnate slots on the new character I had level-bumped. I want to actually test Vigor and Agility on a couple of my 50s to see how they stack up to the Cardiac and Spirituals I have now..
