INV/SS Incarnates?
On my INV/SS tank I took Cardiac for my Alpha because I had some end isues and I went with Void as my Judgement because having too many ranged powers on a Tank seems wrong to me. I went with Reactive for my Interface cause Tanks need a damage boost. I went with Warworks for Lore for thematic reasons. I took Destiny for the xtra protection in a big spawn and for the ally rez because sometimes teammates can drop around me before the defenders rez is recharged.
What are some good choices for INV/SS incarnate slots and why do you think so?

On Hyperstrike, he's built using the Energy Mastery APP and with an eye towards decent EndRed on attacks. As such, while he might benefit a little from Cardiac, he got MORE out of Spiritual.
I went Spiritual Radial Paragon because, while the extra couple points of recharge might be NICE, they weren't NECESSARY for anything. And Radial improves a lot of nifty stuff for a tank.
33% to Heal, Stun, Slow and Jump. 20% to ToHit.
I have Invincibility slotted for defense only and Rage is 3 recharges. ToHit for the win!
Dull Pain is just three Recharges. Heal.
Health is a mule for Numina, Miracle and Regenerative Tissue uniques. Heal.
Physical Perfection is a mule for a PerfShifter proc. Heal.
That and my attacks are slotted for Damage. So the little bit of Stun in there adds some nifty extra mitigation.
So Spiritual Radial Paragon does some really nice things for me.
Judgement:
I went Pyronic. Were I looking to min-max, I'd probably go Ion. But Pyronic works well for me.
Interface:
I went Reactive. Extra damage is ALWAYS welcome on a tank!
Lore:
I went Warworks. At the time, it was the least concept-breaking of the choices. As it turns out, Warworks is also one of the tops for raw damage output. I went Core. The ACU's suppression fire is PHENOMENAL in the high levels and the Vicky's melee damage is equally phenomenal.
Destiny:
I currently have a T3 Barrier. What's the use of being unkillable if you can't share it with friends?
In addition, I have a T1 Rebirth (Keyes) and a T1 Clarion (UG).
Well, my Inv is /Stone, not /SS but the sets have similar needs.
For Alpha I went with Cardiac for endred and +resist; I was having some end issues in longer fights so Cardiac solved those for me without requiring me to go Energy Mastery for Conserve Power.
Judgement I went with Pyronic. (although I've somewhat regretted not going Ionic even though it's a longer animation) I've come to the conclusion after trying Ionic on another Incarnate that despite it's longer animation it's a better choice and hits more targets and a wider area.
Destiny I looked over the choices and came to the conclusion that the Rebirth Radial was my best option - another large heal on a 2 minute timer and a minimum of +200% regeneration with considerably more half the time. I'm still of the opinion that Rebirth Radial is the best choice for a lot of characters.
Interface was Reactive Radial for the 75% damage proc; given the low debuff values of the other Interface options I don't see any compelling reason to go with anything else on any character.
Lore I ended up with WarWorks Core; that Vicky is truly nasty and puts out considerable amounts of DPS. Nowadays with all the new Lore pets Cimerorans are another valid choice for raw DPS and I've taken them on my latest Incarnate character.

Yeah Reactive all the way. Although some of the new interface options might be nice. Chance to confuse + chance for psi damage, for example

For the Alpha I am considering Cardiac, mainly because I have a Rage crash and Hasten crash to deal with.
Lore, not sure, but you guys are making Warworks sound good.
Interface, nor sure at all.
Destiny, rebirth with +regen.
Judgement, probably Void (love it on my scrapper), but Vorpal might be interesting.
Protector: Tulare 50 Inv/SS/EM-ph1x3r 47 Bots/Traps
VIP: VIC-29(Traps/AR) - Corinth(Grav/FF) -Wrecka(Claws/SR)
T4 Cardiac (I had some end issues that I couldn't quite get a handle on)
I went Diamagnetic Interface (Tier 2 atm) because I am more of a traditional tank so extra damage didn't appeal to me, plus it helped my soft-capped build.
I had T2 Void on Him but with I21.5 I will be Getting Vorpal Judgement- more thematic.
T3 Rebith Destiny- More healing is always good when I go AV hunting.
T3 IDF Lore- but I'm working toward T3 Vanguard- just seemed more thematic for him.

Agility Boost: This alpha tree focuses on boosting Endurance Modification, and secondarily boosts Defense and Recharge rate. The radial branch also boosts run speed, fly speed, and jump distance.
The end mod to help keep those toggles on. Defense to raise my psi defense (all others soft capped) and recharge to keep Dull Pain at the ready.

I still think Cardiac is hard to turn down for Invuln as you almost certainly don't have everything ED capped for endurance reduction and the resistance in the higher trees is nice for exotic resists.
