I've been getting more rubberbanding, but that might just be increased traffic.

There is no Statesman, there is only Zuul.

Are you the keymaster? -
-
I remember when the trams dropped you off at each sequential stop. You had to make 3 stops just to get from AP to Galaxy.
I can also remember getting fed up and trying to hoof it via the gates. My level five got creamed in IP that way.
I remeber when spines was called quills. Looked the same, just had a different name.
I remember spotting the rikti attack force in Talos as it just stood there in the middle of the bay. They didn't do anything until a group of us heroes came along and wiped them out. -

Quoted for Awesome. -
Oh, crap. I should have mentioned that. Catwhorg and Margat had their ingame wedding awhile back. All the FC and a fair number of other folks showed up for it, including a few devs. I can't find the thread in Player Events anymore, but I know Samoa and some others got pics. Most tuxedos I've ever seen ingame.
Also, caltrops make a good rice substitute. -

Did you know that in the early days, if there were two instances of a zone, when you exited a mission you didn't get to pick which zone you went into? You were thrown into the first one available. This caused a lot of scrambling in teams, until people figured out that you could get into the same mission regardless of what instanced zone you were in (Atlas Park, Atlas Park 2, etc.).
[/ QUOTE ]
Maybe it was like that in beta, but you could choose which copy of a zone you wanted at release.
[/ QUOTE ]
It was like that in beta for awhile. They adjusted it before the end of beta though. -

DO YOU KNOW THAT DEVCON IS THE GAMESTER!!! Look at there logos! (click the festival of terror report.)
[/ QUOTE ]
Nice catch. You're right!
Another "did you know" --
The Spines power set was originally called Quills. The name was changed after multiple complaints that it "didn't look like quills". The animations were the same as they are now. -

Whoa, who's the huge guy in the dress?

Isn't that Lanaruu (sp?) the Mad from the FBZ Faathim TF?
[/ QUOTE ]
Nope. Ruladak (the mad) is in the lineup. The gigantic dude next to Hamidon is Rularru. -

Submissions can be made by emailing your screenshots (details below) from FRIDAY JULY 21st until 12:00 AM (CST) FRIDAY JULY 28th.

You're kidding, right?
I've been playing the game for over two years, and I still haven't even SEEN half of the ones on that list. And that's including time spent JUST LOOKING FOR THEM.
Kraken, Jurassik, Babbage (boomtown version)
I've only seen Eochai, Jack-in-Irons, and Adamastor ONCE.
And we're supposed to get good screenshots in ONE WEEK?
Please tell me you're going to have them up the spawn frequency on those by a factor of 10. Please.
[/ QUOTE ]
I'm pretty sure there are several people with some screens of those GMs they took awhile back. I know I've got some. -

Well the one "we never play" is only one of two zones, Faultline or Boomtown.
[/ QUOTE ]
Faultline matches that description better than Boomtown. Several contacts send you to mission doors in Boomtown. There's only a few kill X missions in Faultline.
[/ QUOTE ]There are MISSIONS in Faultline?!I never remembered anything like that....
[/ QUOTE ]
Pretty much just a few like 'defeat 20 Vahz in Faultline'. Calling them missions is just a kindness. -

While an expose on the Knives would be interesting, as of now, there really isn't much to this group. There are only three types of enemies (one of each rank), and they all have the same powers (with higher ranked ones having additional powers).
[/ QUOTE ]
By powers, you mean caltrops right? Lots and lots of caltrops. The defining feature of these fems are their tendancy to stack a bazillion caltrop patches on you. If they have any other power, I can't see it throught the haze of red 2's or 3's that fill up the screen

Kinda beat ya to the punch there Gavelor. Read my previous post. -
Very cool. Love the Malta, and these little tidbits of info make them that much scarrier.
One thing though, there's a typo in the sentence "A hero corned by a Sapper will find he or she is unable to sustain most powers, and will be easy prey for the SapperÂ’s back-up."
I don't know what it's like to be 'corned' by a sapper, and I don't want to know -

Can I just say you guys all just made my day?

Do we have to take it to Indigo to get it decrypted before we can read it? -
I rather thought this was a topic about the number of times per hour the guy gets trounced.
Sure, he had the right intentions, but he was pretty damn careless, and it didn't take much to push him from hero to villain. I'm not sure how raw a deal that is. -
Uh, Cuppa is on vacation Dasher. You're unlikely to get a response from her for awhile.
-
I like the idea, and from Cuppa's response it sounds like you might have some support. I Hope it happens.

I don't know why, but after i7 went live I had a dream that I was being chased by a vicious dog. I ran into a wall and had nowhere to run. Just then I realized I had some 'shiny' objects in my pocket. I tossed them to the side, the dog was tempoarily distracted and I got away.
I'll let all you arm-chair psychologists have your fun with my dream now.

You worry you are turning into a money seeking dog?
