  1. I hide because I don't PUG and don't want to give anyone the impression otherwise.
  2. I target bosses because minions/lieutenants melt under AoE, so it's pretty useless to target them...they're dead by the time you fire up your attack. The only times I don't target bosses are a) there ARE no bosses, b) there's a bigger minion/lieutenant threat (Sapper, Rikti Comm officer, etc), or c) my cone/AoE needs better positioning.
  3. I basically never target through someone else. I like to pick my own targets, thanks, and that is especially important because most of my characters have cone attacks that require correct positioning and targeting to get the best effect.

    A question!

Do you mean Good versus Evil Edition?

    Justice and Sinister

    Old salvage?

Lots of people don't know that you can email influence. We had a question here in PQ about that just last week, in fact.

    teleportation

Note that the underscore SPiNE left out doesn't matter much, "powexecname" is the same as "pow_exec_name" is the same as "p_o_w_e_x_e_c_n_a_m_e".
  7. Another data point to agree with long load times.

    teleportation

If Teleport can't go that far, I might as well pick Fly or Super Jump. :/
    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Travel_Powers

Depending on the toon, Teleport can go up to 312 MPH with enhancements and powers alone. However, that requires a specialized build, including the Energy Manipulation blaster secondary powerset.

Teleport without any enhancement goes 102ish MPH (which is 10MPH faster than the run speed cap, and 25ish MPH faster than the jump cap). It is by far the fastest travel power in the game. With one SO, it's 123ish MPH. With two SOs, it's 143ish MPH. It's ridiculously fast. The only problem is getting around in crowded zones, but that is taken care of by going up above the cityscape and teleporting around up there.

    A common bind for teleport:
    /bind shift+lbutton "powexecname Teleport"
Holding the shift button and clicking your left mouse button will allow you to continuously teleport, without having to hit a key then click your mouse, hit a key then click your mouse, etc. It's just click, click, click, boom, you're there.

    paragon maps?

    http://www.badge-hunter.com

Paragon Maps are in limbo until TonyV can find time to do more with them. In the meantime, use Vidiotmaps.
  10. This is human nature. Bring something to a person's attention and they start noticing it more elsewhere.

It's the same as the recent graphics update: We've had a bunch more posts about how things are wrong/off/broken "now", except almost all of the posts are about stuff that has been there for several issues, if not the LAUNCH OF THE GAME... but since the graphics got updated, people are looking closer at the graphics and finding the faults that have been there all along.

Nothing to see here, move along.

    A Newb Question

    Yes, it's 15 minutes.
  12. Putting Soulbound proc in Phantom Army is disgustingly awesome. Procs are the only way to buff PA.

    Music for CoX

    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Music

PWiki has more music than the FTP site ever did. It's in .ogg format, so if you want them as something else (.mp3, for instance), you'll have to convert them.

Which is why I said it should apply to everyone on the internet, which means if everyone used logic, no one would get mad, and no one would misread non-hostile/inoffensive text as something hostile/offensive. Et voila, a direct tie-in to your comment.

(Of course, "everyone on the internet using logic" will never happen. A girl's allowed pipe dreams, though... *sigh*)

(PS; it really, really *is* pointless to read something as hostile if it's not specifically hostile.)

Best page to go to get a quickie rundown of what the special IOs do and how they work.

Then the logical thing to do is not read things as hostile. This goes for you, it goes for PennyPA, it goes for me, it goes for everyone on the internet.

If a sentence is said without a specified emotion attached to it, don't do the attaching for them.

Makes the blood pressure so much easier to regulate. I almost never get mad anymore because I pretend no one else is mad. Unless they're obviously ranting and raving and being drama-rrific.

    Ultra Mode

Not very well. You may be able to turn on one or two UM options at the lowest portions, but your FPS will probably suffer if you turn anything up.

The only way to know for sure is to turn on options and see.

Either way it wouldn't have been very recent anyway.
It's how I got it on my 50 Corr when Ouro went live, since he missed a bunch of badges on the way up (my bf didn't care) and I went on a spree.

Didn't change it recently. Went into Ouroboros that way. Was that way on day one.
