Soul Bound Allegiance Proc

"Grant Power Boost Up (17%Chance)
80% Damage Buff (all) to self for 5.25 seconds
40% ToHit to self for 5.25 seconds"

This is what the Enhancement says its effects are in Mids Hero Designer....
Yes I know its unreliable but it doesn't answer my question anyways... how does this proc fire off? Is it every time you spawn the pet? Is it every time the pet attacks? also are the above numbers correct in PVP??

-Any information whatsoever regarding this proc would help appreciated.

The proc has a chance to affect you every time you summon the pet. The proc has a chance of affecting the pet every time it attacks. (not sure if the proc has a chance of affecting the pet when it uses a non combat power like heals, bubbles, etc.).

Pets that attack quickly (imps) or have AoE attacks (assault bot) can get the proc to fire frequently.

Putting Soulbound proc in Phantom Army is disgustingly awesome. Procs are the only way to buff PA.
