This can be done through email; simply add the influence to the email, and send it your global name, (@your name here) then logon to the other character to pick it up.
Currently, this only works if you're sending from hero to hero or villain to villain, but once GR goes live in August you should be able to send cross-faction too.

yes. go to Email, click new. Input your global name EXACTLY HOW IT IS IN GAME. Input how much influence youre gonna send. Add a subject and a body. One word in each will do or it wont send.
Click send.
Go to other toon, open email. Select "Get item" from the open email. All done.

Click your email, click "new", put your global name in the "to:" field (make sure you include the '@' symbol), and enter the amount of influence you want to send.

I recommend a test email with no inf, to make sure that it's working right. If that lands in your inbox, you can reply to yourself with the money.
