It's been a long time since I posted here. I've been gone for years playing another MMO. But I wanted to play my characters again before I can't play them anymore. And I know there was the Going Rogue expansion released a bit ago.

If I find it super cheap, could I still apply it to my account? I wouldn't mind seeing what all this Incarnate stuff is about before the end. Or is it considered the VIP access and as such can't be used?

(Btw, I think my last issue played was when Ouroborus came out. Man have there been a lot of changes since.)

Could have worked. But I like Ouroboros as it is. Though it sure does come in handy as an easy way to run letters back and forth between Crimson and Indigo.

Same here. I also have Yahoo for my mail address and the only mail I get are the petition and bug report e-mails. Nothing else for a long, long time. I have confirmed my e-mail address and even unchecked and rechecked my receive newsletters box to see if that works.

Might want to talk to Yahoo or whoever about that.

Hmm, looks interesting. Issue 16 or Issue 17? Hmm. Don't know if any of my characters will switch. I'll have to think about it. Though would they allow the Khelds or VEAT ATs to switch?

Though, I would like to watch the trailer. I let it download and everything while I went out for a walk. Then I hit play after it finished and it started downloading again. Thanks. Guess I won't get to see it after all.

It sounded like lots of fun. I didn't even try getting near lagville aka Atlas on Pinnacle but I did get to see a lone Kronos Titan in Steel while flying over. Heard lots of things spawning talked about in the global channel.

At the very least I got to play my characters again and change their costumes. And my 50 kicked butt in another Rikti invasion. Always fun.

Though I hear an e-mail was sent out? I certainly didn't get one and yes, I checked my spam folder. I knew about the event because I read the forums & announcement sections. I do get the bug report/petition e-mails from NCSoft so why not the advertisement e-mails?

Oh neato!

This'll make me come back and play a bit. Though I wonder if my narrowband connection can handle the masses who will be there.

Also, thanks Starjammer for the explanation. I don't play often enough so when I get back to the Midnighter Club, I forget which door is which. So I end up going through two before I get the one I really wanted. I'll have to write that down somewhere.

I don't know off the top of my head, but I encourage you to go into Test and check for yourself, and if not fixed, send in a /bug/suggestion form. The more theses things get /bugged, the more the devs know it's problematic and will fix it.

Steel is the door along the same wall as the Cimeroran Crystal.

I would like to check it out on test, but I run on a 26.4Kbs dial-up connection. By the time I get the patches downloaded, I think open beta would be over with. (Maybe I14 would be in beta then.)

Even if I can just copy my current CoH directory and make it a test copy, how many megs of patches do I need to download? Because the pre-download patch is at 150megs right now.

The soonest I plan to get my computer to a faster connection is for the next Rikti invasion. Maybe. It's uncertain at the moment.

Random question: Was the Midnighter Club map mouseovers fixed? Because when you enter the room with three doors, you can't tell which door goes to which zone exit/entrance.

With Mercedes Sheldon being specifically in the Steel Canyon side, knowing which door without having to try them all would be a good thing to have fixed.

FYI, the "show all" feature is generally a huge lag inducer, especially on big threads. That's why it's generally disabled.

It's rather exciting when the skies turn green and Rikti start portaling in. I look forward to taking them down, even if I can't participate in the huge battles. Every little bit helps. (Though maybe I just like the sound that is made when the war walls go down. )

Wow! All these great issues done by 15 people. That's amazing. CoX is the first MMO I've tried and now I'm at my 30 month badge. Pretty awesome.

I got my main Blaster (Arch/EM) from level 39 1/2 to 41 1/10. All by soloing missions. Not too bad. ^_^ And I have missions from contacts to run again! Yay!
