Yeah I noticed this the other week and /bug'd it.
I've also noticed how Dark Dwarf form now refuses to do most emotes, same with my Shield Scrapper when a shield power is active (not had him long, so it may have always been like that)

I couldn't imagine doing anything put Tri-form; like Knight said, I'm chopping and changing forms fairly often. Stealing my dwarf or nova away would be bad

I have noticed that when switching between forms and looking at the personal stats info box, that the effects of whatever form you were just in, do 'linger' for a fraction of a second.

Argeed. I like the extra background/story element of it as it lets me feel like I'm actually squishing someone worthwhile, rather than the usual hapless goons.
Mostly I just whack them with whatever form I'm in at the time, but as Floating said bosses are dealt with a little more carefully.

I admit I haven't played my PB nearly as much as my WS, but I find the Dark Dwarf plays very well, espcially now after i13.
The recharge on the Dwarf's Mire is only 4 seconds slower than the White Dwarf's Flare; but with a single recharge IO, it still comes up often enough to be useful. I think it's fine as it balances the damage boost mire gives you.
I agree about the heal though, most of the time it's fine; but that one time you need it to save you, it'll miss

When I respec'd my WS at 50 and slotted lvl 50 IOs across the board, it cost me about 12-15 million inf. Although that was buying some ready made, rather than crafting them all from scratch (Did that on my MM and the final bill was about 2/3 times higher).

I know WSs and PBs aren't identical, but the Dwarves are similar enough; and I don't have a problem filling in as a tank on my WS. In fact since issue 13 (and a respec) the dwarf is now getting the same use as human and nova form. This was before I put any sets in too (they're just a plus )

I have this problem as well; although I only noticed it after i12, before then it hadn't be a problem (still an issue in i13). I solve it with Recall friend too

Has to be said that despite it being a Firebase type TF (ie a pain in the [censored]) I really enjoyed it; and on top of that bumped up two levels and got a pile of badges.
