Spideys name is Peter Supes real name is Clark are those names banned? A name as common as Arthur cannot possibly have a copyright, besides show me how to make a character look like the Arthur in your pic? The only copyright they can possibly have is the story behind the Arthur in your pic and his likeness so to avoid these issues is the real legal area to avoid. but I'm not surprised to hear this is the possible sticking point as COX is probably weary of any possible litigation in the future.

Used to see the proc activation in the combat tab, but today I used it for 5mins straight to not see it with a 33%activation chance? Seems it may be broken or the tab no longer properly displays it. Feedback?

My 2 cents worth for whos listening is that stone armor brutes are like tanks the rest are more like scrappers. Stone armor brutes will pick up for tanks that want to do more damage the other AT's will be for scrapper alts. IO's already merge what roles ppl play so arguing these points are moot. The only time i notice tanks have become "tanks" again is AE content. Other than that im a weak scrapper and would be just a weak brute redside. until my team runs up against a foe that the scrapper/brute can't tank (damage mitigation through superior offense isn't enuff) i.e. 54 bosses then ppl say hey tank i love you buddy otherwise even now im disregarded. so i c this argument as an argument of the allowance of even more ppl to get the 'oneupmenship' of my AT. Logically therefor either an increase in extreme dmg mitigation required content or a redefinition of AT roles and numbers will transpire. I believe the latter will occur and this will cross ALL AT's. we can concentrate on comparing things that will probably not matter at the launch of rouge (or not matter soon after they catalog and compair data archives) or we can concentrate on acquiring the required information to successfully gauge the future direction of our beloved game. ASK questions constantly of the devs until we have more than just rampant speculation. this can be a groundbreaking expansion if handled properly and filtered through the community (in the end this game is a business and they have to cater to the needs of their customers) alot of what ppl have regarded as 'broken' can be fixed with the increased depth of choices within these AT blurs or the redefinition of roles, again IF handled properly. this will always be the point where this argument becomes productive or pointless, where we know and where we speculate

I have a 50 ice tank that when i looked at the numbers i decided to maximize regen, recharge & heals for my mitigation. i was able to get 45 hp/sec (with hoarfrost up), 140% recharge (with haste up) & 10% on my heals between my purps & other IO's (sets & procs) not to mention my EA is a real defence builder now (2.5 for 1st about 1 for every other in melee range) and my shields still give me 35% defense to all but fire/ice/psi/toxic (35% resistance to fire/90% to ice/11%def,10%res to psi/30%res to toxic, between powers and sets) not to mention my dmg is alot higher with a 5% dmg buff a 70% acc buff & all the recharge. I think the price was high though at alittle under 2 billion

lol sounds like when i learned thats the way zone pvp is some ppl (like myself) love the chaos and learn to ride it like a wave, setting up arena matches is probablly a better way to learn and gauge the pvp experience

def is lame especially nowadays if u dont have a backup health builder like what the medicine pool provides ull need to boost recharge and regen to the max or ppl will whittle u down -
States please don't listen to whiners defience takes my scrapper out quickly in pvp. I clock a blaster they ge hurt bad next thing i know my sr scrapper get 2-3 shotted bye-bye.Defiance works anybody sayin otherwise wants an unfair advantage.
