4. Plenty of people call it CoX still.
(I call it "City", and have for years.) -
My main is an empathy/archery defender and *I* don't have Absorb Pain. It's totally situational and unnecessary 99% of the time, when Heal Other+Healing Aura will provide almost as much healing without the caster debuff.
As long as you don't skip Fortitude, the auras, and Adrenaline Boost, I don't care what else you take. Those four powers are the powers that you take Empathy for! And as long as you're doling them out *fairly* soon after they recharge, I don't care what else you do during a fight. "If you're not going to take them, or you're not going to use them, why did you take Empathy?" is my reasoning. -
PARAGON POINTS are spent on the Paragon Market.
REWARD TOKENS are spent on Paragon Rewards.
If we use the correct terminology, there isn't a layer of confusion between you and the people trying to help you.

Compensation for having 8 badges removed? Why would they need to compensate anyone anything?

Quote:Yeah. They make them look plastic. They're imported fake trees from Praetoria, aka The Plastic City. I hate those trees. Atlas Park looks so fake with them all over the place.Kings Row and Brickstown are both missing the upgraded tress, rocks and grass that DA got - those make a big difference to the look of an old zone.
DA's trees are better, because they retextured them. They didn't retexture anything for Atlas. -
There isn't a way to see enemies' status icons.
There is a debuff icon, it's a rather dark, faint red shield pointing down. -

Quote:I wouldn't mind seeing it added to the program. However, since I have a kind of back room view of Mids' working team, I will honestly say that I wouldn't be surprised if it never made it in.Btw Aggelakis, you never did answer the questions.
(Not thinking about how much they've already got on their plates as it is, especially with changes coming in i24. Not thinking this would, or even should have any sort of priority. Without trying to "protect them".)
Would you like to see this added to the program? Would you use it if they did?
Of course, I will also honestly say that I wouldn't be surprised if it was sprung on us without warning two weeks from now.
In the meantime, I'm just using the alternate enhancements. I use separate save files for different builds, so I have no other use for the alternate enhancements. -
Quote:And Mids was a still-learning fledgling developer when he wrote the designer, with apparently bad notation and all kinds of spaghetti inside. :xI always find it amusing when someone, who has no idea how a program is coded, goes "it'd be easy" to accomplish something. I know I don't know how hard or easy it would be to do it. Therefore, I presume it won't be easy. I also don't presume that it would be "feasible" to accomplish.

Character slots are apparently supposed to still award according to some posts, but I didn't get one with my anniversary.

Quote:Well, the "cost" of getting Stamina was two power picks and look at where we are now. Never say never unless the developers say never, and then even they might change their minds.I would love to see this change. It would free up a power pick on all of my 50s and make build planing easier.
Which is why don't think we are going to. If the current "Cost of Entrance" to Tough/Weave is a wasted power pick and people, lots of people, are still willing to pay that to get those powers I don't think their going to remove that "cost". -
You can flip to alternate enhancements...this is what I do:
Fill main and alternate with the same enhancements for the build. Remove enhancements from alternate when I obtain one. Then I can have the main enhancement 'view' with all the set bonuses and buffs and stuff, and I can have my 'shopping list' alternate enhancement 'view'. -
I would be way more interested in this archetype than the archetype in the OP. I don't play at range even on my ranged characters, and I prefer support sets.
-
You effectively drop them using the "abandon" feature they introduced a few issues ago. Note that this means you may get stuck in the middle of an arc, taking up one of your "open arc" slots.
When you come 'round full circle, you can pick them back up from the contact.
Note, however, some missions have changed objectives/circumstances (most often gaining a timer), so if you had one of the old "farm" missions like Dreck, untimed, if you switch sides it will abandon the untimed mission and when you come back around, you will pick up the "new" (rather old!) timed version. -

I have always had Creative SoundBlaster sound cards.

You were given a bunch of server unlocks to use. Use them.

City Life is the 'general geeking out about City' forum.

Quote:The inputs aren't in the window I showed, they're in the next two - Playback Devices and Recording Devices (which used to be a combined menu item called Playback & Recording Devices)
This is what I see. Where do I find your version?
EDIT: Is it because mine is called "volume control" and yours is called "sound mixer"? You apparently get a different program in your systray. -
I'm glad someone understood what I was trying to say. That sentence is incredibly awkward and I rewrote it like three times before giving up and posting it as-is.

AHAHAHAHAHA. Arcanaville, I love your new user icon. It totally screwed with my head.
-
Which means you have to hope that the set you want catalyzed is the archetype you can manipulate that method with.

No, but easy way to monitor if you're back to stealth: it'll say "hidden" under your status bar. Easy way to monitor if the rage crash is gone: the icon is gone.
