As a quick caveat/wrinkle to the rule of 5's. Unlike ED penalties, the Rule of 5 is NOT based on percentages. It is based on the NAME of the bonus.
But for all practical purposes, they gave different names to each boost power such that going by the boost's name is sufficient for figuring things out player-side.
If, on the other hand, the Dev's used the Huge Recharge Boost as the power which LotG+Recharge 'calls', then together they would only stack five high, even if given different names and it would appear as if the value was the limiting factor. -

The Winter Event is indeed back until 7:00 a.m. PST (10:00 a.m. EST / 3:00 p.m. GMT / 16:00 CET) on Monday, January 3rd, 2012 and will allow you to get your fill of holiday cheer with presents and snowmen galore!
If that's not enough, a couple of new additions will do the trick! Instant Snowstorm will summon a harmless snowstorm that will follow you for a spell, while Duplicating Gift will perpetuate the gift giving tradition... as long as the person you use this power on uses it on someone else and so on and so forth, so keep passing it on!

Dunno why the Holiday Pack isn't on sale for the start of the Winter Event. Maybe this will be another Zombie Survival Kit.

You just have to fiddle with the color and intensity. Note that the way it looks in the changetitle window is a bit off from the way it will really look, so, you may have to fiddle around a bit.
