Everything will be -5 (or more) to you. Set the mission to +1/x8 for max Fake Nemesis and Nemesis Rex spawns. Don't rescue the innocents and you'll be able to use it on any future character level 1-50 (SSK to 49).

I can't store multiple hundreds of candy cane salvage for the group without cutting into invention salvage storage for the group.

In the case of base salvage it isn't an art issue, it isn't even a coding issue. It is one value in a spreadsheet and the lack of will. Even though they blew their argument that increased salvage storage would hurt the market because they are now offering that for sale account wide.

A player with more alts, higher Paragon Rewards levels, and purchased uprgades could hold more than a single group with 18 bins holding 2,500 pieces of salvage.

You should see what I've been doing to transfer Des already.

Have the group move far away, have the person with des stand with the new pet holder, then have the person with des either self-destruct or get tp'd. All the while hoping the critters haven't respawned between the main group and Des.

Did I say that they should be easy for everyone? No. I said they should be able to be achieved by everyone. This is different than how you want to portray things though. Bad requirements are bad requirements. A badge that awards for 3 minutes being in FBZ is just as bad as Loves a Challenge. A badge for being logged off for 21 days is just as bad as Avoids the Green Stuff.

Disagree all you want, but that is my opinion. There is nothing you, or anyone else, can say that can invalidate that opinion.

I don't mind putting out more effort and skill should be rewarded. However I shouldn't be penalised because someone else lacks the skill to match the badge requirements.

In each of those cases one or two players screwing up does not prevent others from getting the badge.

There is no badge for defeating Hamidon.

Again, the other players can only help you, not negate your actions.

The master badges are the only badges that actively penalize you for other player's actions.

There were two very minor corrections of the end of arc merit rewards (very minor).

I know my Fake Nem farm (Max Christopher, Nemesis Rex arc, I got it at level 44, and kept it to 50, so I am hunting greys ) is working, and I know a lot of Fakes in PI are not.

I have a reliable report that less than half of the Fakes in PI are actually counting towards the badge. More like 1 in 12.

I frequently choose Maxwell Christopher's (40-45) missions for Fakes.

The Illusionist was dropped to 100 and Phantasms and Dark Servants were added to the list of Master Illusionist pets that count.

Sorcerers, they frequent the boardwalk area of Talos (DA side of the main island).

And a new Peacebringer power and a new Warshade power.

The amount of tokens earned is flexible due to how many reward tokens the player had previously. There is already a note about getting 1 token per 1,200 Paragon Points bought.

The way I set it for Keyes was mostly through private tells to avoid some players and to try to build a quality team. Previous experiences of building groups on the forums has shown me that while the desire for the badges might be present, the ability doesn't always come along.

It shouldn't be possible to buy one-time unlocks repeatedly.
