i would recomend downloading mids hero designer for information on the different sets.
As for IOs they work like regular SOs but if you put a certian number of a set in a power you get the bonuses that up to number in the bonuses, you can only have 5 of the same +% of a bonus (example 5 x + 1,5% + maximum hp) these can come from different sets.
Also global set bonuses do not work if you get exampled down
-3 levels (not totally sure about the number), i think thats about it.

Want to smash hard single targets fast ? broadsword is your man.
Want to kill mobs? dual blades is your man.

so anyone else scared of the psi/em blasters that is about to headshot us and drop 3 tons of "OMFGWTF" on the remains ?

i have had great experiences with chokepoints, repulsion fields and a couple of traps on the other end that combo actually killed most of the guys that spawned there without repel protection.

do not get it, that power is a waste in a /darks arsenal.

the one thin that ruins the new hami is the player limit imo

i would recommend a fire / rad corruptor for accelerate metabolism and the fire aoe´s

i think it all comes down to what you prefer, more damage higher recharge or the opposite.

And it is probably still quite bad in Siren's Call since you most likely don't have the endurance to spare in order to BUILD (and keep) a high amount of FURY so that you could possibly kill players with burst damage.

i assume you mean jumping into mobs and let them hit you because thats the only way to get high fury in pvp

there is always the go to button but then again i suppose that does not fix his hornyness for handlcap
