Hello all.

I've been playing Thugs off and on for a while and he is now level 31. from level 26ish I've had increasing problems in building fury, maintain endurance, despite stamina, and I have a general feel that despite fury he is lacking in damage and overall efficiency.

Below is his build at level 31. As I don't remember when I picked the different powers the levels should be taken lightly, but overall, this is how he looks right now. Any input on how I can increase his fury building and overall performance would be much needed. remove or add powers, remove slotting or any other tip is welcome, I got a free re spec so I can rearrange it some.

Thanks in advance.

I'm no expert on builds, so won't comment on the above...but i'll share my tip for building fury, I believe most Brutes apply the same method and that simply is, put brawl on auto and don't que attacks untill they've recharged. As silly as it sounds I found this is by far the quickest way the generate fury because the recharge time on Brawl is so quick, you'll always have attacks cycling...which in turn, builds fury.

Try it, you might like it.

Well from experience Dark Armor is very very end heavy. Energy Melee also is not the most end friendly set avaiable so you probably will always have end problems. The main way to taackle that would be from set bonus'. As for building fury, use the main attack combo Energy Punch, Bone Smasher, Total Focus and Energy Transfer and boxing is always good to have to help build your fury

Dear god no, don't do that.

I've managed to get an EM/DA up to 50 and doing that's just asking for trouble. Total Focus is for PvP and Bosses+.

A lot of the stun sets are cheap and give +recovery on 2 enh.

Don't bother slotting damage (unless you have hami-os/IOs or equivalent). Recharge and end redux.

2 end redux in acrobatics - it is a hog. Take one out of CJ to pay for it if needed.

I'd post a build but the ones I have are all fully Hami'd - IO'd out.

Thank you all. I'll switch to more end regen in acrobatics, and perhaps switch some damage to recharge in energy slots, and see how it goes.

I noticed a problem in pvp, first session for me tonight, I did hit someone, damaged and stunned him but the powers recharged to slow for me to continue damage him before he jumped out of reach, and I'm very clunky when it comes to jump around reaching my targets.

Light, please post your configuration so I get an idea on how it can look, and to have something to look forward to.

Well, I am not surprised that you have problems killing anything in PvP. With TF only after level 26, no Hasten and no Air Sup or similar attack that might make up for the gaping holes in your attack chain there are probably enough toons around in BB that have a higher base regeneration than your dps.
And it is probably still quite bad in Siren's Call since you most likely don't have the endurance to spare in order to build (and keep) a high amount of fury so that you could possibly kill players with burst damage.
I am afraid there is no easy way to fix this problem, especially not without respeccing an attack chain into your build and/or slotting your existing attacks a lot more heavily.

I have used it in all my duels Well Energy Transfer THEN Total Focus but still with that combo i work up fury very fast. Admitadely i do it with an EM/Elec Brute not an EM/DA Brute so it may be diffrent P.S That combo hasnt failed me yet.

i assume you mean jumping into mobs and let them hit you because thats the only way to get high fury in pvp
