Red side some ambushers love to wait until you step off the ferry to other zones. I have seen a few cases of high level ambushers in Mercy.

I took the red once for a tank cause I knew he'd need the help but mostly I take blue.
I swear the foes go out of their way to target them lol. I generally call the blue just after a battle to help re-fill the blue bar, frankly the red is useless cause at the time you need it it gets it.

Yes. Your pets are 1-3 levels beneath you and in BG mode your pets generally spread their damage around all the foes.
