The movement stats for Ninja/Beast Run + Sprint with a Run SO + Swift with a Run SO is nearly identical to Coyote Travel. Purposely so.
But then again, Coyote toggles everything off making it inferior. That's something they had to do because of the lack of animations for the coyote. But they didn't add in anything to offset that, such as our plea to add Stealth to the power.
But then again, you're a coyote. -

If you're high enough level, use the Flashback Crystal to warp to Noble Savage for the compound badge or to run on over to the DUST facility (just go to the old Tram Station which is withing the compound). Then use Master Midnighter to access the Hospital or stay by him there for the zone badge.
Day job location icons sometimes don't show up while in TF mode. -
Nah. If Ultimus joins the Freedom Phalanx he'll just go around either soloing everything anyway, or, starting up lots of redundant groups.

Just tossing this out there that, while running at -1 to make enemies level 49, you'll get level 49 non-Purple recipes that do not sell anywhere near as much as their level 50 counterparts. Not sure if this is a factor in your plan, but wanted to put it out there.

Obviously, if you exemplar low enough and the power is now grey to you, the power can't run, and therefore, neither will those procs.
(And Global Bonuses will indeed work in greyed out powers as long as you don't exemplar more then 3 levels under the level of the IOs involved.) -
Just FYI: The foes being at -1 means no shard drops, if one cares about that.

I get what is stated above for this Forum....however what I want explained is what does the part "and more..." refer to?

Global Bonuses from IO Sets, or Special Single IOs that act like Global Bonuses (e.g. Luck of the Gambler:+Rech) always work even when the power is not firing or even when the power is greyed out unless you go more than 3 levels lower than the level of the IO. This is where the level of the IO counts and why low level ones are worth more. (Purpled and PvP IOs however don't lose their bonus when exemplaring. Attuned IOs keep the bonuses down to their minimum level-3.) -

Before Going Rogue, the Devs said that the ratio of Heroes:Villains was 2:1.
Now that the game has Rogues and Vigilantes... the idea of redside v. blueside is a bit muddled. Any Vigilante can join in redside content and can even start redside TFs. -

On average it's better, but it has it's drawbacks.
That said, I have yet to find a build that shouldnt slot QR or Stamina with at least 2 IOs worth of EndMod and a Proc.

I've come across that about 3 times in the past 7 years. Surprisingly on both the old and new forum software.
It seems to be disallowing some certain sequence of characters, usually a sentence with a colon at the end, but I've never been able to exactly pinpoint the problem.
It's rare enough that it's not worth tracking down. -
Make the top plain tights > tights to make sure the top selection isn't interfering.
