Yeah, but with Kinetics, all the problems of Granite are solved
-
I think it may be a tiiiiny bit difficult if we don't actually know what he looks like...
-
Although it would be nice, it wouldn't work.
Although some pets (eg Fire Imps) have a humanoid stature, others, such as the Fly Trap for Plant Dominators, don't. Therefore, it would either look incredibly stupid, and wrong on the Fly Trap, or they would have to have it so only some pets could. This would be a bit unfair on people that have already got to lvl 32 with a <Fly Trap>, and, although I'm sad to say it, may influence people's decisions in making a Dominator or a Controller, depending if their pet can 'Boogie'. -
Veterans? Well, I guess we all better start double posting if we wanna be veterans! Chi, AWAY!
-
Also, double posting in two different sections of the forums isn't the best thing to do either.
[edit]: City. Spelt with a C. Paragon City Forces. PSF? -
Surely it would be better for you to post a build of what you would roughly want, so we can work on it, rather than us giving you our own builds that you may hate or may not suite your playing style?

doesn't that give u more defense then an ice tanker :S. Granite needs a nerf.
[/ QUOTE ]
Ice tankers don't have a movement speed or recharge rate debuff when using their armors
[/ QUOTE ]
Not to mention the damage debuff.
Besides, Granite has higher resistance than invul too, don't see you complaining about that. Just because a Tank has good Defence/Resistance, doesn't necessarily mean it's the best. -
Well, of course Single target Blasters and Multiple target Blasters will work good in a team, one to take out bosses, and one to take out the rest. But a team of Ice/Energy Blasters would take longer to finish a mission than a team of Fire/Fire ones.

Well, I have a lvl 33 Ninj/Regen to 33 and I'm not too keen on him. Some people swear by Regen Stalkers, but I just find that they don't really have enough health to be able to regen, ie, it's a lot more difficult than regen.
Personally, I don't think DA is very good either, as it's Resistance, and again like regen, it won't really make that much of a difference with resistance if you have very low health. (of course it will still help). And, it has many AoE shields, which I think will all get you aggro. Aggro bad.
Now, after experience, for Stalkers I would say Defence is best, especially for Ninjablade. Ninjablade has a power called Divine Avalanche- which can greatly boost your defence. This will stack with you toggles, making you very hard to hit, Pv/Bi.
SR has some very cool powers, like Quickness, and has KB resistance; something Ninjitsu doesn't. However, Ninjitsu does have the self heal, which can be very handy at times. I don't really know much about energy, except for the fact it has high En Resitance and Defence, and it works on types of damage (eg Smash Lethal) instead of Melee/Ranged damage- which is what Ninjitsu and SR use. -
Get aid-self and you'll have very high survivability.
-
Dud links I'm afraid... for me anyway.
Nice work, have you added any more apart, from those two new ones, since you posted on Jay's? Haven't checked... -
It costs some endurance to actually fire it off, meaning that you have a chance to weaken a tough mob with Fire Ball, Rain, and Breath, before diving in anc clicking it. As long as it hits, it will do the same damage as it would've done with full endurance, and you will still be drained.

Really? 10 slotted Stamina?
I don't see how you can, I think I'd struggle with 1 end rdx, but anyway.
On another note, is TP bugged? or is it me? Last time I checked, there were certain 'invisible walls' I couldn't TP through, or onto... has this been fixed? -
lol, I was just about to post "You didn't finish off your post with ' The Rot Hood ' "
Anyway, if Brick's sucks, I'll draw you one. But, only when I'm back in England . -
Nice work, I think Millenium is my fave tbh, I really like it.
Welcome to teh boardz0rz. -
Freezing Rain is an amazing power in storm, good Def and Dmg Res Debuff, it's necessary, and has a good holding technique.
And if you're using TP for inside missions, no need for End, but for getting to missions a long way away (where TP is best) the End Rdx are teh roxx. -

See the above, and All that Jazz... -
-If you're going o2, I'd say, however pathetic, it's worth slotting for heal.
-TClap, 2/2/2
-Tornado, the recharges aren't necessary, but it depends on how you want to play. In case you didn't know, with hasten, it comes back before it's over, unslotted
-Don't need all the travel powers! And TP should have 3 range 2 End Rdx
-I have Total Focus with 3 dmg, 2 acc, 1 rch, but I have an extra stun power, so...
Everything else seems in order -
I don't think I'd slot Health, I don't think the percentage is worth it unless you're /regen.
I'd say it's worth going for the AoE attack, instead of Hurdle maybe, it can be useful.
I'd swap the Flight Speed in Hover for another Flight speed in Fly, as it can be slow enough.
Aid other: 2heal/2int/2rch
If you plan on attacking regularly, I'd put 3 end rdx in as many toggles as possible.
Unless you do plan on attacking regularly, and need Conserve power, I'd say go for Psychic mastery, the mezzes are amazing in it. -
Hah, very cool. The Regen one is a bit disturbing, but hey. Love the SR one
-
Definetley take it for PvE, but for PvP I wouldn't. You have your regular storm and attacks for slows, and the -end is a big no no.
-
If defiance kicked in sooner Blasters would basically be saying,
"Mr Developer Sir, could you kill me with your nerf bat please?"
