Also a question for tanks out there, if one tank is taunting a target, and the other is attacking it continuously, will the punchvoke from the attacking tank draw the aggro off of the taunting tank at any time?

Yes, attacking tank can steal the aggro from the taunter, unless something is changed by devs in the last months.

No they can't. At least, not on a Hamidon raid or the Hami tank would lose aggro all the time, and he doesn't.

Sonic or Psi pretty much. Elec is nice for a team-based toon but doesn't really have amazing damage for duels.

Switch to another secondary. Dark has pretty poor damage.

At the same time, a good rad/psi will never get killed by a regen.

A good rad/psi will NEVER lose. He might not win, but he'll never lose since it's so easy to force a draw.

Even with the rad/psi being at the slowcap, the ice/cold only realistically has a chance to make a kill when Aim is up - all other times the rad debuffs will mean that he misses the defender. If he's being hit by PBU'd LR at the same time, he's not really going to have aim up often enough to secure kills and the lack of a self heal is REALLY going to hurt him against psi.

MA/regen probably has a pretty good chance, but again, if I was playing my rad/psi I'd just force a draw unless I thought the MA/regen was dumb. Same with all other ATs, really.

Massive thanks to everyone who turned up. I'll carry on leading raids on Defiant, where the atmosphere is much more pleasant and people are much more inclined to lend a hand.

How could we have advertised it more? This post has been up for more than a week, and I've been chatting about the raid in the Union Hamidon Raids pretty regularly as well.

There will be a raid tonight, confirmed. I'll try and be on from 5-6ish to get EoE farming teams underway, with the raid formup at 6:30 for a 7:00 start.

mind/rad/power (or primal, the epic with powerboost) is way awesome for duels. Psi damage, TK, all the mezzes you could want ever and stupid amounts of debuffs make it a nasty set to fight against.

You have to be level 45 to get into the Hive and therefore take part in the raid. If you're lower you can still help with the GM farming in PI though I guess, although I don't really see why you'd want to to be honest.

If we can get enough people I'll lead one at Gamer Heaven during the brighton all-nighter.

Go HERE for the raid guide we will be using. The first hami raid I lead took under 3 hours with that guide, and that was when we were writing it. This time it should take around 2 for the whole raid from start to finish.

EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO USE TEAMSPEAK. I know you did the previous raid without it, but it makes things about a million times easier. You don't need to have a mic (since only the raid leaders will be able to talk), you just need to have the program and you need ears. Here are the instructions for setting up TS from the thread I posted in the Defiant forum:

I will be running EoE farming for most of the day before that, so just log in and either broadcast in PI for team invites or join the Union Hamidon Raids global channel and ask for an invite in there.
