Sorry to hi-jack your leaving thread for this coin, but I feel I should mention that coin is in the Steam Community - if you join you can force him to play more great games which he hasn't played for some reason!

I only resubbed today so I didn't see this before and I won't be around until later. If you'll have me I can turn up late on either my rad/psi, sonic/sonic or grav/emp - i will warn you that some of them may have hilariously terrible or half-finished builds though.

The only accolades you can get at level 21 are Atlas Medallion, Portal Jockey, Eye Of The Magus and that one you get for killing invasion Rikti. While I could understand many of the characters having Atlas Medallion, Portal Jockey would need a lot more time invested in the character than most people would be prepared to put in I think and anyone patient enough to get EOTM on a level 21 character sort of deserves it.

Trying to guess what you were going up against was half the fun! We even made empath spy for us, and scouted the arenas to choose one which the other team weren't at so they wouldn't know what they were against til' we were in the match itself!

Yeah, on the one hand. On the other hand, maybe that's exactly why casual players don't like pvping. I thought bantamweight last time was so popular because it was exactly like pvp normally isn't.

Well we know from the last tournament that the GMs have the ability to look at what enhancements you have slotted since duping HOs for the final on test wasn't allowed. I guess this is pretty much the same thing.

I haven't read the whole thread but I think it'd be silly to run a bantamweight bracket for characters higher than level 21. It's not hard to level a character to 21, even if you level REALLY slowly it can't take you more than a week or two. Having said all that, if set bonuses are disallowed for bantam I'd be suprised if anyone entered with anything other than a custom-made and levelled team.

Seriously, like everyone said bantamweight was so much fun last time that you'd be stupid not to run it. Plus it means that people who wouldn't normally even consider pvp might enter. Disallowing set bonuses would make this even more attractive to non-pvpers as well.
