You asked and were ok with suggestions.
A noob would be a jerkwad about it and say were are stupid and such and not take suggestions.
Oh, and on the second build when you look at it for the 1st time will be lvl 1.
But you can click on a trainer and pick powers like you were doing a respec. That second build will be 50 no matter what if your 1st build is 50. But you will pick slots and powers same as a respec. -
It needs more Cow Bell though!!

This says it. I tend to build my toons for a mix of team and solo ability. AE has kinda ruined that with "gotta level fast to 50 Zomg!!!"
I have been on TF's with my troller and it's been kinda tough when I'm trying to use the primaries to keep the team alive with Transfusion/FS/SB also thrown in. But when the "Whole" team crying SB constantly when we/I need that one hold/immob/Heal... it's kinda hard to tell them that I'll get to it when I can.
Yes, AE has made bad players who are door sitters and have no idea how to team right.

They changed it a long while ago if I recall correctly. Because people were having trouble with the counts and it took way too long to do for each toon.

I'm pretty certain its only the WarWolves. And not just cuz the Wiki says so, but when I've hunted for this badge, I've only noted progress on the progress bar when WarWolves were killed.
Also... The puppies like to run so get someone to do some DoT on them to do them in.

Ok, I have made a Plant/Thermal troller lately and so far... I like it. But... I think I need to respec it to make it better. Now comes the question..
Anyone have a build that's all around soft controll/damage without going into Speciall IO sets and just working on SO's and slotting?
It gets confusing trying to read the IO sets and all I think of is "I r Teh brokted.
Can someone help me?

Well.. Got a few alts up into the 20's or 30's. But one in particular 1 hr before the xp shut off was 8 or 9 I think got up to lvl 40! :O My scrapper I was on got up to 48 from 38. :P

No, non-damaging attacks don't make her submerge. One of my favorite things to do on my gravity troller is to use Wormhole to teleport her onto land. It's a challenge to see if I can get her to the middle of town before somebody hits her

there used to be tons of pics when people would tp her all around Croatoa. The tram station, the graveyard, etc. it was hilarious! -
