    In this three mission arc, you will take on all levels of the Suffering Syndicate from the Interns to the CEO. These missions can be challenging, where defeat is a real possibility, especially on larger teams. Random maps are used to enhance repeatability.

    Arc Name: A Little Help Here

    Level Range: 1-50 (Recommended 25 and up)
    Difficulty Level: Medium-Medium/Hard, Difficulty can ramp up on larger teams.
    Synopsis: The Freakshow have stolen some hi-tech weapons and used them to capture some heroes.
    Estimated Time to Play: 15-45 minutes

    This is a quick "One and Done" mission against the Freakshow. It's good for solo players as there are many allies, but it can also be fun for groups. It is a very large map with bands of enemies, but you do not have to defeat all to complete the mission. It can also be fun to repeat because due to the map size and the random locations, you may not run into all the hostages all the time.

    It all depends on what $10 is to you. If you play this game a lot, then it may be worth it to you, if you don't, well then don't. Sounds pretty neat for me, plus I know I am helping the company get more content out faster by buying their micro transactions.

    Hell if they would let me, I would pre-order the remaining booster packs today, site unseen, because I am sure they will do something good.

    The best real life metaphor I can think of is Spices. You can buy some that are pretty expensive, and you don't use them every day, but when you are making something that you can use them, it can make all the difference.

    I say take out the SO option all together, or at least from any TF/SF above level 20.

    SO's used to be a big deal when they were the biggest thing on the block, make it now that you get a chance at a Recipe, or a fully completed IO, from a full list of choices.

  20. There is no "rest of the slots" you get them as you level, once you hit 50 you don't level anymore. Its part of the game, hard and fast rule for almost 4 years now, its not going to change. The whole point being, you have a limited amount, you have to budget where you are going to spend them.

    Other games have different rules, if you want those rules, go play the other games. CoX encourages people to go through the game with many characters, not keep playing the same one forever. You said yourself the difficulties you faced getting to 50, now imagine the next six months it would take you to get from 50 to 60. You are not the first to suggest raising the level cap, take a search through the forums, you will see it again and again.

    Same deal with the slots per server, brought up many times, again as you point out.
