Anyone doing them REDside on Freedom?
-
That's nice to hear.
The trade off @ lvl 25 is no contest, so I am doing it one way or another. But it would be nice if the lvl 50 experience was improved as well. -
Is +16% S/L def worth -6.7hp/s (402hp/m)? [Also adding 5.1% F,C,E,N & 4.4 Ps]
I got a good look comparing current build and coming build. This is the trade off I am making @ lvl 50.
Is it a good trade? -

someone is saying that the suppression has been removed.

I had a major respec planned. Then I found out that fitness would be inherent. So I had to tweak that.
I just had one planned and then it made sense to go ahead and wait until I19.
Probably everyone who wanted to do a major respec in the past (however long since fitness change was announced) has waited until now to do their respecs. So there are probably more happening at once than usual.
I suspect many people will do minor respecs too. But, I al;ready had a big one planned. But, I am not complaining about two freespecs. But I would take more if they were available. -

The proc for force feedback, I was told today that I should have 2 to take full advantage of the recharge proc. Is this true?
Thanks in advance,

So the answer is, "it depends."

Quote:MAKE IT SOIt suggests to me that lower level crafting needs to be streamlined somehow and possibly incentivized a bit, so more players actually use those lower level and less than perfect expensive inventions. I'd be curious to see the datamining on recipe crafting and slotting for all inventions at all levels. Given the relatively short amount of time people spend at level 25, or 15, I wonder if we made it too difficult to craft at those levels. Even I won't make a level 15 anything unless its a proc and I'm often spending more time at 15 than necessary to run story arcs.
I have often wondered if inventions should stop, or rather start, at about level 25. Which is to say, if you get a drop when you are level 12, it will be a level 25 drop. If you craft it, you will be able to slot it, but it will function as a level 12. As you level, it will scale up with you until level 25, when it will stop at its native level. This would make it much more beneficial to craft and slot inventions below level 25: it would be a slot it and forget it until at least level 25, and level 25 inventions (single aspect) are natively about as strong as SOs and don't expire.
It would basically kill off TOs, DOs, and SOs except as filler enhancements for slots that don't have inventions yet, but I'm ok with that. It would also eliminate all those low level weirdos that no one uses, but I'm ok with that also. The fact that level 25s would never disappear under exemplar actually creates a strong incentive to slot them: they would be a weird analog to purples. In fact, this is so useful a feature that the cutoff might need to be level 20 rather than 25, so they are slightly less strong than a standard SO natively.

They have added many new sound effects in various patches, all w/o any note afaict.

As long as you don't exemplar more than 3 lvls lower than the lvl of the enhancement

Quote:What difference does this make if there is a net inf flow from one side to another? The one thing I was worried about, and still have no answer to, is whether net influence is flowing *to* the red side or *out* of the red side. If the markets are functioning correctly after the merge, net inf should be flowing into the red side at the moment. If net inf is flowing out of the red side, it points to potential long term problems which we wouldn't be able to see clearly yet.

umm didn't the devs plan on having this patch out a bit earlier?
so maybe it's not the delay we think it is -
I took Strength of Will on my WP.
I rarely use it. However I would not respec out of it because I CAN use it when I want to. and, when I want to, I need it. It's nice to be able to go to crank it to 11 every now and then.
Perhaps 1w/shld could serve a similar role if you wanted it to. This thread sure makes it sound like an optional power. -
-
I take taunt on my brutey brutes (opposed to the ones who are really beefy stalkers).
I use it to draw spawns into spawns so I don't have to do as much running around.
I am adding leadership with my new power choices. -

give yourself a reset bind to reset you to whatever spot in th sequence you want.
I use multiple binds so I can select teamates by number whenever I like. -
You can already buy things for 1 inf more than the flipper. The flipper is buying thing for as little as possible. So how much less than as little as possible do you expect to be able to buy things for?
