I told my wife today that next month for my B-day that I wanted my Sub paid for a year. I hope that when it all hits I will get all of my points for my paid time at once. The frightening thing is that I have 4 kids, and I never know what is going to come up in the budget, which is part of why I want my Sub paid for a year.

I fear this will be the case when Titan Weapons goes live. I could see lusting after it, and not getting to play it.

I will be going with DM, yes it is easy to get to the soft cap, but there is no such thing as overkill here.

Giving /regen to brutes proves that the Devs hate villains!

Ice Armor would be more exciting to me. I am not really excited by more S/L damage for scrappers, but I hope /EA turns out well. With energize added to it, I see it becoming the new /SR, with many DM/EA FotMs running about, including my own.

Not swapping out, but making new toons no doubt. I am really excited about this set, and this new mechanic. My only hope is that when it is launched we will see some new weapons for every set.

I have often wondered if they have a dedicated weapon artist. I remember seeing some player made stuff in Morrowind mods that were better than studio stuff. This game is long over due for more weapon models, way over due.

Started as a Claws/SR scrapper. I still play only melee (Scrappers or Brutes), but Claws/SR is not a combo I would use these days.

I said the same thing about the boots in beta. There are multiple things that I question in the costume creator. I am still baffled by the lack of Kheldian Sashes, Chinese Martial Arts use those and not belts. What about the Warrior Belt with tight tops, or bracers for male toons?

Best I can figure on the Ascension boots is that whoever did the female version had a better sense of style.

I saw it in 2D because 3d gives my wife massive head aches. This may be why I left feeling like the FX were great. They looked like energy projections, I am not sure how "real" they should look.

Incarnate content. The soft cap is higher, and about everything does def debuffs.

At this point billions of inf are not as needed as before, because there are now so many ways to get the good IO w/o buying them. You should come up with a dream build and arrange your second build slot for it. Then you can run one on SOs, and switch to the second when you have IOs you want to slot in it.

Also, I would suggest at lvl 50 using TO inventions instead of the SO. IIRC, they have a better % than SOs at 50. Again, if inf is an issue, run SOs and slot the IOs as you find them.

Bank your orange salvage as you find it also, that can save you inf in the long run also.

As for slotting, that is going to vary depending on what you want out of the build. My DB/WP is slotted for Heal, HP, and Recharge. Others prefer to soft cap for +def. If you are going for just SOs, or TOs because of cost, you are going to be looking at the standard scrapper building for attacks. There I run 2 acc (some run 1 acc here, but I HATE to miss), 3 dmg, 1 rech post lvl 40, change the rech to an end reduction for pre 40.

For WP with IOs, I slot heals or whatever else the power may accept as it's primary power type.
