Changing the Numinas to Doctored Wounds might be better. I just threw in the largest Heal enhancement. My two goals were survivability and sustainability, in line with my earlier post about those. I'll probably fiddle with it some more, even though I doubt I'll actually make an Empath.

    Champion does. Look for @Amygdala.

I used to use Founders via Pocket D (before the VIP Lounge), because you came out in a safe underpass and could swim the rest of the way.

Which didn't need one, since we've been able to get into RWZ at any level.

If by that you mean Healing Aura, Recovery Aura and Regeneration Aura, you're missing a pluralization and it isn't clear.

I'm not going to say too much about the builds because I don't play any Empaths, but I don't let my squishies out of the house without decent Defense and better Net Endurance Gain.

My usual budget for IO set builds is two billion. By the time I'm sure about my "final" version I should be able to come up with that much, and spending more than I can carry just seems wrong.

Yes, I understood that. No need to be defensive.

  13. Now if only they could teach players not to attack untouchable enemies...

    Claws/Regen

I don't think I've played Regen since Willpower came out.

Whether or not it's a waste is up to the individual, but I found it entertaining to see what I could do (some time ago, not in response to this thread). Softcapped Defense vs all damage types but Psionic, capped HP and 95 HP/sec regen with permanent Earth's Embrace. Since I don't like teleporting or lumbering all the time, there's softcapped S/L Defense and 62.5 HP/sec regen without Granite and Rooted so I can Superspeed about. It was affordable enough that I don't care if it's overkill for most situations.
  17. The Members List here shows 39 names containing "bliz", but none were an obvious answer. As has been said, though, you should get an email, and that gives you the opportunity to submit three new name choices for them to consider. You shouldn't have to rename the character yourself.

Maybe there's a GM_Bliz with whom your friend interacted before on a genericization case. <.<

The true state of things was there, but you failed to read or understand it? That's your fault, not theirs.

Your account is called free. Is your account free? Expecting "everything in the game" is your mistake.

Where is the switch? Were you promised a free account but given a sack of rocks instead? I doubt it.

You do find his body in a later mission. It's hard to feel bad about it.

Yes, you're giving them orders, but they can turn and fire at something and knock it back in a way you don't want it to go. You can try to minimize it, again, with positioning. But they'll do things you don't expect thanks to the wonky AI.
Okay, if she meant henchmen, that is a different story. <.<

  24. I remember once, somewhere, suggesting negative enhancements to reduce magnitude, in case you didn't like some secondary effect. Even though people brought up some potential problems, I still like the general idea.
