It’s better to be rich and happy than poor and miserable.

I loved the original series (I still have a well-read, dog-eared copy of the 1st trade paperback).
I liked the movie (even if some of my friends hated it).
I have no interest in this whatsover. -
Quote:The "Mentor" Project was created in March 2010 (waaay before CoH: Freedom and free players) as a player-led initiative to help new players. The irony of the mentor project is that mentor channels can't be accessed by free players who are coming in and checking out the game. Until you spend money on the game, you can't be mentored through the system that has been set up.
Fortunately, I found a few people who were helpful in the help channel to educate me on a number of things. I'm sure I'll have many more noob questions though.
At that time, every player was a paying customer and everyone had access to all the Global Channels, so everyone could access the Project's Global Channel ("N P C").
Since CoH: Freedom, the "official" help channel is, well, the Help Channel. -

I don't remember if I have any toons left on Exalted, but I can always whip up a 1st level something : PVP and Costume contests are out, but I'm curious to see the Trivia contest.

My mistake, I stand corrected.

Alas! poor Statesman. I knew him, Horatio; a fellow of infinite jest, of most excellent fancy; he hath borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rises at it.
Now cracks a noble heart. Good-night, sweet prince; and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest.
(For those of you who wonders: I23 has been said by the devs to be the start of the removal of all mention of Statesman in-game...) -
I did a double-take as well when I saw his name.
Maybe he's really, really strapped for cash ?
Maybe he lost a bet ?
Maybe it's his idea of a practical joke ?
Or maybe "contributed to the comic series" means "we got hold of one of his old, unused plot, had it written by a no-name hack, and strong-armed Jenkins into putting his name on the cover" ?
Quote:Please flop and please tell me Situation is financing this venture himself so he can lose some dough on it.
Wizard World is the company that could not keep Wizard Magazine published, and MPS Entertainment is Sorrentino's own company, so I thinks it's Yes and Yes. -

Quote:Did a quick Google check: Superherostuff.com seems to have a lot of lesser known heroes t-shirt (I found stuff for Nightwing, Martian Manhunter and Hawkman), but I have never dealt with them so I have no idea of the quality of their wares nor what would be the cost of delivery to the UK (US-based company). That's the thing though. Amazon only seem to have the same old heroes on there, never see anything but the big names and lots of Avengers stuff. Would love to find somewhere that does things like Nightwing, Titans, Young Justice, Kid Flash, Martian Manhunter, Hawkman, all that kind of stuff!

Not really, but I registered as audience to a "Celebrity D&D Next playtest" at GenCon, which will have R.A. Salvatore and Ed Greenwood amongst the playtesters. I'll just sit there and enjoy the show.
Why do I think "New Coke" when I hear "D&D Next" ? -

PS: Welcome to the game, and to the forums, Shaun ! Don't worry, we're a bunch of kidders but deep down friendly folks.
If you have any question, or feel like talking about stuff, feel free to post ! -
Quote:Not sure what you mean by that... Last year and the year before, the M&G was simply a bunch of us getting together in a restaurant to enjoy good food and good company.I'll be at GenCon this year. ...And might even make the M&G this time--or at least the M&G after-party. There is an after-party, right?
Was there an after-party that I did not get invited too ?... -
Quote:So, you got that call too ?I like the phone calls presumably from some guy in India who claims to be a Microsoft Certified tech
Thanks, I wasn't 100% sure if I had done the right thing reading the riot act to that guy when he called me the other night...
To the OP: As stated above, the only good, safe and up to date Paragon Wiki can be found at the addresses listed in TonyV's message. Accept no substitute (especially if it has "wikia" in the URL...) ! -

Quote:Just a friendly advice: you would have better chances of getting multiple answers if you would open your own thread in the "ALL ACCESS: Gameplay / Technical Issues & Bugs" forum (i.e. the parent forum of this here thread). People are coming here for drivers info, they might not be able (or willing) to answer your specific question...Would this computer work well with CoH?

• Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
• 8GB DDR3-1333 RAM
• (2) 750GB 7,200RPM Hard Drive (RAID 0)
• 16x DVD±RW Drive
• 19-in-1 Memory Card Reader
• AMD Radeon™ HD 6450
• 10/100/1000 Network
I have seen people open threads just like that, and they usually get detailed and relevant answers. -
Quote:Nope, you're not - I got the exact same reaction when I first saw that movie (and every time I see this scene ever since...)

Access to the Invention System requires either a VIP account or at least 27 tokens (Tier 7).
Or you can buy a "Invention License" good for 30 days for 160 Paragon Points. -
Since he works for Lord Nemesis, why not "Jaeger" ?
Jäger der; Jägers, Jäger:
1. hunter;
2. (Milit.) rifleman;
3. (Soldatenspr.: Jagdflugzeug) fighter -
Probably doing it wrong, but the only time I use the "auto" feature is with Taunt when my Tank is trying to keep aggro on an AV, so I don't have to remember to click it over and over and over again...
