Hello there and welcome to Freedom.
I think you have a good game plan in trying lots of different characters out. In my opinion, its a good idea to get your toes wet with a few different characters before settling into what role you want to play.
As for your current character, I hope you like it. I am a big fan of playing kinetics and as you'll soon see, most people will love having you on the team. Kinetics however is a late blooming set, especially for controllers so you wont get the to the meat of the set until post lvl 20. If you ever need any help in-game, feel free to hit me up. Me and Jem are planning our trip to Philly for next week. Are there any nifty things that the generic tourist guides would miss that we should check out? I'm really excited to check out the food scene there as I hear its up and coming....any fantabulous eateries we should know about?

Sooooo. I'm lazy and tired of the effort of inviting myself to a personal sg.
What I'm looking for:
A. Not the ******* Guyver Consortium/Chronos Dominion
B. Reasonably intelligent players. I don't care how active your vg is, so long as you have 2-3 people that don't suck in it.
C. Yup....thats pretty much it.
So hit me up in this thread, in a forum email or ingame (@sixy).
And if you are gonna complain that i should be searching the sg/vg recruitment thread....no. -

The basic problem was this: ULTRA had already decided on who was running the teams and who was going to be in each. When I arrived in The Hive, however, I found someone else had already started a full tank team waiting for instructions.

I'm not on Freedom Elite, so you'll have to elaborate if there's anything in particular you want clarified. Nothing that happened last night was drama worthy.

So I've been doing some thinking recently about our server. With any larger community we find ourselves turning to smaller niche communities. We find our sg's or our friends and focus on them, but in doing so there is always the chance of missing out on new people and new opportunities.
I have an idea in mind, but before I jumpstart it(or divulge more details) I was wondering if I could get a head count of active community members on Freedom. I am looking for the leaders of active supergroups and villain groups, people that enjoy leading and organizing taskforces, hami and rikti raids, pvp events, etc.
You can drop me a line in this thread, in a pm or in-game at @Sixy and make a note of what sg/vg you are affiliated with, what global channels you use if any and/or what kind of events you are interested in organizing/leading.

im not a serious pvper and im in total agreement with sheema. you cant really knock the committee because you havent had the time, or havent taken the time to read the threads concerning the PvPEC. now....before you post something else that tosses negative generalizations at another group of people, take a deeeeep breath. the committee is working out the kinks. if you want to know what is going on with the PvPEC, information is being released slowly and you're going to have to find some time to read a thread here and there, just like the rest of us.
